I can not thank Jessie, Christina, Edgar and the rest of the team at Certa Pro enough on what an amazing job they did on the exterior of our funeral home! They are extremely professional, very clean, and very easy to communicate with!!! You all did such an incredible job for us...our porch looks brand new!!! They are now working on the inside of our building and I could not be happier!!! I will use them again when ever the need arises!!! Thank you all again, so very much for all you have done for us!!! My sister and I truly appreciate all of your hard work!!! : )

Terrible experience will not re hire, they missed out on 4 other houses because it was such a hassle. Poor work quality said they applied 2 coats ( my camera's tell me different) the painters were told by Jesse NOT to recaulk before they painted. Prep was sub par no question. Still some bare spots on my trim.

Really nice guys who do a good job but scheduling and communications are pretty awful. Especially on follow-up projects (our garage began to peel within the warranty time frame so we needed to have them follow up).

Its been over a year and I am still upset with the poor decision I made choosing CertaPro of Oswego to paint my home... My experience with them was horrible, ridiculously bad, I will avoid them at all costs, if my next job is Five times the price to use someone else, I wont hesitate to pay it

We hired this company to replace cracked ceiling joint tape in our foyer and to paint the affected area. Instead of replacing the defective joint tape, the crew applied joint compound over the seams, leaving what looked like pronounced mounds or ridges on our ceiling. We were not pleased with the results.

Avoid at all costs. Took over 62 email communications from setup through job completion. The team ruined my door frame, trampled plants, broke my house numbers, bent my gutter, missed spots (about 10) including the top of my shutters, detached the steps of my deck and never reattached then, and left nails everywhere. To be fair they gave me 100 bucks off for having to deal with the nails but did nothing for the rest. I emailed hq 3 times to get someone to pay to replace my door frame. No response. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They reached out multiple times, no response. Months later a rep from Jesse's team showed up un announced to see the issues I complained about and argued with my wife for every issue she showed them stating they didn't do any of that. We even had a before and after picture of the door frame. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!
