Signed up the folks at TVE to do a full remodel on the exterior of my 3k sqft house that contained 40+ squares of roof and siding. First and foremost, all in all , very happy with the result. TVE has the best contractors in the business. From Travis that did the roof to Jay and Matt handling the siding and trim, Absolute craftsmen in what they do and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I would absolutely recommend them. However there is always room for improvement and something I have shared with my friends at TVE directly. They bring the best to do the work, but their office process is (in my opinion) has alot of room for improvement. Every step of the project had (in the big picture, minor) issues and TVE resolved each and everyone of them without hesitation! But sometimes it was tough communicating the same. i would hope that they could provide a better process around working with the office it would go a long way. If I had to do it all over again, and I absolutely would go with with TVE. Id however get a more concrete contract up front that outlined completion dates and specific Service Level Agreements that outline response times. People , process , product may sound familiar. TVE has two out of three perfected, if they just fix that process part .. well , unstoppable

Treasure Valley Exteriors is the worst company we have ever done business with. We signed a contract to have them replace some damaged siding and trim pieces on our shop, repaint, and add gutters in August 2016. A job that should have been fairly easy but took them 6 months to complete. The salesman, Mark, was great at first (he walked all around our shop with us and we pointed out all the places that needed repair) and the business was rated A+ with BBB so we decided to have them do our work. In October 2016, they finally sent someone out to make the repairs, but he only replaced the corner trim pieces (some of which did not need replaced) and none of the other rotted, cracked trim pieces (see photos - taken after they "repaired" damage and they stated the shop was ready to be painted). It took multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails to get them to come out multiple times to get everything fixed and ready for paint. The salesman's response was, "Well, the work that you wanted done didn't fit within the price we quoted you." My thought is, why have someone give you an estimate if they aren't going to give you an accurate estimate for what you want done? I had him come out to our home and again, we walked all the way around the shop making another list of all the pieces that still needed replaced. He added an additional $800 to our original estimate to fix all the trim pieces and said they could not replace the damaged (warped) siding as they'd have to pull the whole bottom off and would have a hard time matching it up with the remaining siding. The damage to the siding wasn't bad enough so we decided to leave it. I asked about nail holes and gaps in the siding, and he salesman advised the painting crew would come out and prep and fill holes before they painted. Once all the repair/replacement work was completed, they sent the painting crew out in November 2016. There was no prep work done prior to being painted. It was cold and had been rainy on and off the week prior. I told the office manager, that we were ok with waiting for the weather to warm up in Spring if it was too late in the year to do it, that we wanted to make sure it was done correctly. She advised that the weather should be good enough. The painters came and were done in one day while we were at work. Now, it's May 2017 and the paint is already peeling & cracking. The gutters...another big problem. They weren't installed until December 2016. We were very specific with the salesman with where we needed the gutter downspouts to come down as there is a drainage issue on our property. I asked them many times to call us so one of us could meet the installer to explain where we needed the downspout to drain. They never called. It took 4 tries for them to get it correct. One of the times, they ended up moving the downspout so that it drained directly onto our back patio. During this past really bad winter, all the water drained straight onto our back patio which turned our patio into an ice rink. When they finally got it moved to the right place, in February, instead of them doing the job correctly, they just bent the downspout around the corner of our shop (see photos). After another phone call, they finally got it where it needed to be. However, we ended up paying full price for brand new gutters that have multiple holes cut into them from them moving the gutter downspout 3 times. We are sick of dealing with this company. We will have to go around ourselves and scrape and repair the paint job they did. We will not have them do it. Thankfully, we did not sign a contract to have them do our home as well. I can't imagine the nightmare that would have been. There is obviously no communication between the salesman, office personnel, painters, contractors, etc. which makes for a terrible business that customers, unfortunately, pay the consequences for. We paid our bill and have washed our hands of this company. I am writing this review to hopefully save another homeowner from the headaches and stress we had to endure in dealing with this company.

Buyer BEWARE!!!! They quoted me $10,000 to paint my house. They told me it would look, "awesome". The prep was not done properly. The brochure said the raw wood would be primed. They never primed, they barely caulked. They didn't fill in holes. They painted my dryer vent and garage windows shut. After only a couple days it was already peeling because they didn't scrape off all the loose paint. There were several areas missing paint. It did not look like a professional job. They said they would come back and correct the areas we were unhappy with. The foreman said, "we don't caulk holes" when he came back. Several of my neighbors came over and said what an unprofessional job they did. My neighbors also had their house painted for 1/2 the price and looks 100x better. We were also told we had to cut back trees and bushes and the group that painted our neighbors house just used a big tarp and rope and pulled branches back and didn't make the homeowners do a bunch of extra work. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. Anyone thinking about hiring this company...... DON'T you'll regret it!

After our many storms during May 2019 and I found a leaking soffit. Treasure Valley Exteriors came out to look and diagnosed within minutes. With some tweaking of the gutter system, drip edge and roof shingles they fixed the water intrusion. Great service!

Had our roof re roofed, gutters re done, exterior painted and garage painted. Shingles are laying loose on roof, gutters not positioned right, painted our garage wrong color, then offered us pizza for the mistake. We had them repaint it the right color. Keep calling to get roof and gutters checked to no avail. Still all we hear is they'll be out there. Tired of this!!!!!!!

Absolutely TERRIBlE do not go with this company! They took almost 10 thousand dollars from us in October and we were told 2 weeks after paying our roof would be started and take 2 days to be completed. Now we are in December and they still haven’t done our roof! They just contacted us saying they need $4,000 more dollars to get it started. They have yet to return our money. And I am literally one step away from getting a lawyer. DO NOT SIGN a CONTRACT with them, Worst mistake we ever made!

I got a quote from this company for some exterior work on my house. I didn't select them for a number of reasons but they continue to call me soliciting business. I cannot block them because they call from a "private number." Beware - do business with this company at your own risk. And once they have your phone number, they'll never stop calling.

Good first impression with Bill. Some difficulties with initial scheduled meeting, which had to be rescheduled. Bill understood what we wanted and worked hard to make that happen. Great product for the money, installers were great and did a good job. Last window was backordered and required a second visit from the installers. I was a little frustrated that the scheduling manager didn't keep me informed with the installation schedule. Everything considered, I'm happy with my experience.

The absolute best experience we have ever had with remodeling! Everyone from the owner to the roofers to the lady answering the phone were remarkably helpful, polite, and very straight forward. I was always treated as if I was the only client and never felt like they had other priorities. They understood that this is my home and with children and dogs at home any type of work being done can be nerve-racking! My roof is gorgeous, already getting so much positive feedback from my neighbors that they have booked appointments for bids too!. I can not wait until the windows come in in a week or two! I will let ya know how those go but I expect nothing short of awesomeness based on my experience thus far.
