They were the most unprofessionally company we have ever worked with. Our apt flooded and they made us move all the furniture out of there way cause they said that was not part of there job. Took them over a month to fix the walls and put down new carpet. And we still had to move all the furniture from room to room to get the carpet laid down. I dont recommend using them unless you want to do there job for them.

They were extremely fast to come out when I called, and from there on out everything was a mess. Every deadline they set for themselves was pushed back. There were too many problems with the project to list. Once the project was finally finished the tile did look very nice initially. I suspected they had cut corners but wasn't sure until I had to call them on 3 seperate occasions after the job was completely finished because there was water leaking from the shower or the bathtub. The first was an easy fix, the bathtub wasn't holding water and the rubber ring needed to be replaced. No damage. The second time water was pouring through my garage ceiling. They admitted pitting in and old valve thay could tell would fail soon. Instead of replacing the damaged drywall, they took out the wet insulation and just painted over the damaged drywall that had bubbled up. The third time water was leaking from the new shower into my laundry room. The work is done , but the shower floor is uneven and you can clearly see the patch where they replaced the tiles. There seems to be little communication between the different departments, and they were quick to blame each other for mistakes that happened during the process. I couldn't even pay my bill without calling them multiple times because the one person who could take payments wasn't in the office when I called and didn't call me back. I would recommend not using their services.

ServPro came out same day as the flooding (Friday) and continued to come back throughout the weekend to get the crawl space dry and avoid mold. Junior was super professional, understanding, and instilled confidence in us that the job would be taken care of. ServPro took care of connecting with the insurance company and working with them on billing. Trent and Denver were superb with keeping us updated on progress and ensuring the equipment was set up properly and monitored daily. ServPro was recommended to us by neighbors and I'll definitely do the same by recommending ServPro in the future. Great experience!

We have had the most horrible experience with this company!! The Remediation part and people were absolutely phenomenal!Completly on top of everything.However...the Re-construction process was TOTAL Nightmare!!Servpro guaranteed us it was a simple job that would be complete within a week.Weeks and weeks went by and nothing. Kept having to to call this company to ask what was going on with my home. Nobody knew,and NO ONE called me back until I had said I would not pay them til I saw some results.And WOW!Guess what? Here thay come .And then..guess what? No contact until I had to call them again.Absolutly DO NOT USE this company for the re-construction process!!!! Update. The GM was not aware of what was happening with this job. I really appreciate that he reached out to me and made every effort to make this right. Thank You Winder Buchanan!

Thanks so much for arriving so quickly when my home was damaged by water. The knowledge and professionalism of Joe and Tyllor was great. They worked hard at locating and cleaning up any and all damaged areas of the house. Joel showed up on time for follow up inspections and provided me with information on how the dry out was going. Being an insurance broker I've worked with many restoration companies. I've landed on using ServPro as our go to company when I need help for myself or my clients. They have all the latest equipment for moisture detection for floods or mold detection. Their communication is fantastic and their employees or trust worthy, timely and professional. I highly recommend them to my clients for flood, fire or mold clean up.

I have not seen it since I live away from the city where the unit is, but have been told the work was good. However, the process of getting it done was confusing and frustrating. I spoke with no less than 5 different people, had to respond to different phone numbers and various email addresses. For example, I sent a document to the person I spoke to on the phone and then heard from someone else saying they did not get it. There should be one point of contact to manage the job and not have the client interface with every single person involved in the process. Not very professional and highly inconvenient. I am adding to this review several months later. The tiles they installed literally fell off the wall! Reducing my score to 2 stars. Pretty appalling.

Had water damage from previous owner and couldn't install our new French doors. After investigation, it turned out to be a bigger issue. Our Insurance suggested SERVPRO. Ashley showed up and saved the day! (She is VERY good at what she does). She put together a bid and worked with our insurance agency to get a quick approval. Steve ran the site by juggling all of the contractors out to Mountain Home to work on our house. We now have the French doors installed and are very pleased with all the work that was done on our house. I would suggest SERVPRO to anybody and will use them again if I need to (for the sake of insurance, I hope we don't).

Not a customer , nor a current employee.. but I used to work here. Ive also Worked at other companies that do similiar work and servpro stands above the rest. With this industry some companies do take advantage of insurance companies even homeowners at there time of need, im witnessing it and it makes me sick ( I work at supposedly best and largest company in my state.) From the years ive spent at servpro, i can honestly say ive been on projects were homeowners were taken care of no matter what the financial situation was they made it work . Plus there involvement with the community is what makes this company stand above the rest.

Used them for a house fire restoration terrible customer service and tried to replace many things with the cheapest materials possible. The worst part was going through the boxes of things they salvaged and washed just to find many of the things did not belong to our family. Don't use them for ANY restoration project
