When I called Dave at Service Pro he told me they'd be able to come out the same day... He was at my door within an hour and a half... He did a thorough assessment of my low vent airflow problem and diagnosed it within 20 minutes... He was very thorough and explained to me what the problem was and what I needed to do to have it resolved... He even gave me a slight break in the service fee for a positive referral... My perception of Dave's honesty, professionalism, and service is way above reproach. I'd recommend Service Pro to anyone, anytime...

We had a leak in our furnace. They came out and addressed the issue right away and the leak is fixed. They also pointed out some safety concerns and told us what to do. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

My gas furnace went out Monday night, and it was obviously getting cold. I called a couple of places that were 24-hour services, but Dave at Service Pro, was the only nice one that didn't act like I was stupid because i was a female. He was very concerned about the weather, because I have a 6 year old and 14 month old. He came over the next day, because I said it was ok to wait. He needed to get a part, (it was after 5pm, because I worked) and showed me that it was the ignitor on his diagnostic tool. He explained everything that he was doing. He came back over Wednesday morning and fixed my furnace. Very quick I may add! :) He was very nice, respectable, very fast and efficient. I will recommend Service Pro for the anybody who has furnace or heating problems! I will only go to them in the future.

Our furnace started to make an awful noise on Friday. Called, and they were so busy that they were afraid they might not make it until Monday. They surprised us and were able to make it the same day. Great company! I called a couple others in town and they either don't answer the phone or when you leave a message they do not return your call. I refuse to beg someone to spend my money with.
