No one bothered to call me about cancellation of installation due to weather. They knew they weren’t installing today, but didn’t bother to call the homeowners. The only communication was an inaccurate text saying “Install is today” even though the install was cancelled, and they knew it before that false text was sent.

We were very satisfied with the actual carpet installation but they left garbage in our driveway and now over a week later still have not picked up garbage. The carpet tube has blown into my neighbors yard, been rained on and overall makes our neighborhood look trashy. We were considering using Hone Depot for bedroom carpet install next year but will look elsewhere. Tube should never have been left but to wait this long for it to be removed is ridiculous. Now next “available” date for trash removal 8 days from now. So not recommending this company.

Was told and confirmed appointment to have carpet installed on Memorial Day multiple times. They canceled on us after we canceled our Memorial Day plans. Spoke to a Jeff with the company said he would get right back to us only to be ignored the rest of the day. If you buy carpet from Home Depot I would definitely think twice if they are going to have this company install it. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Pushed the installation. Finally came and still didn’t do the installation. Blamed me for not having the basement ready for carpet even though I had spoken to this Jeffrey about my house, what to expect etc. They never asked me any questions. Never called me back to schedule a new installation and one of the installers hung up on my after being very rude when I asked him questions.
