He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He took the time to show me other issues so I could avoid major problems in the near future. My husband and I recently bought a house in downtown Idaho Falls that was built in the 1930s. It was in desperate need of a new roof when we moved in. Pono and his team did a great job! These guys ROCKED - showed up on time - met the deadlines we were under and CLEANED up every NAIL, SHINGLE and Wrapper. Super friendly, hard hard hard workers and polite.
