We bought a home built by R Hill Construction. It was a new construction home, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. The builders were amazing to work with. As an example, before we closed on the house (and they had finished building the home) the builder went back and made a few changes to ensure the home met all of our needs (adding a gym, re-route some of the pluming and gas lines). They also came by the house multiple times on request to help us understand advanced features of the home that were new to us. I have bought 4 homes and never has a home been built with such attention to detail and the seller actually caring and spending time after the close to ensure we understand and are able to take full advantage of all the homes benefits!! Absolutely the best experience I've had buying a home!
