I spent a year looking for a contractor for our bathroom remodel. While others contractors hemmed and hawed about getting a soaker tub into my guest bathroom, Michael said “no problem.” And there weren’t any! From start to finish, Michael and his crew were the definition of “professional.” Property Rehab solutions turned my guest bathroom into a beautiful, perfectly proportioned bathroom for either a spa-like soak or shower. The final look exceeded my expectations! Property Rehab Solutions was a great choice for our bathroom remodel. All of the paperwork; estimate, contract, timeline was easy to understand. Updates were well communicated. There were no surprises, the work was completed on time and in budget. Michael and his crew cleaned up at the end of each work day. There was no dust or debris in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend Property Rehab Solutions to anyone. Michael is great to work with!
