I saw these guys place of business just by chance as I was driving by. I needed gutters so I stopped in the secretary was very professional and personable,she took my info and scheduled an appointment. The guys showed up right on time and gave me a complete bid in a short time. I would recommend Lobo construction anytime.

In late November I decided we really needed gutters on our house. Knowing how busy roofing companies had been all summer and fall, I called several contractors. Lobo returned my call that afternoon. Other companies did not return my calls asking for bids. Marco set a time and came and measured. He gave me a very reasonable bid as well as a good timeline for completion. Lobo Construction did a great job through the whole process of roof replacement. They were the first to return my call, clearly explained how the process with them would work. Alan appeared in a first business day to sign very simple and clear contract. Alan is knowlageble dealing with insurance companies. Lobo started the work within a couple of days after completion negotiations with insurance company. The roof was installed with the best materials on the market and with energy saving technology. Alan and Marco (the owner) are very approachable and easy going persons. They returned my calls and messages within minutes. Marco personally controlled the process. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutters. We expect savings in our power and gas bills during winter season due to new roofing technology. So when you think of companies that hustle for your business and who know what is needed when getting the job done - with respect to roofs ---you must be thinking of Lobo Construction LLC. Their value as a team is impressive. As a leader Marco really understands how to keep his team focused on the job at hand. They had my old roof off and put the new one on in one day! My neighbors were amazed. They worked in a quiet yet effective way that didn't disturb the plants and lawn. They went into the job deeper when finding a trouble spot and didn't just fix my roof --- they improved the value of the home! You won't find them to be the least expensive but it is my opinion that you will find them to be the best value. They pay careful attention to the small details improving, the function, as well aesthetics of a home, while upgrading the key components that can even decrease the heating and air conditioning costs. To them it just seemed automatic to improve my home without charging more. Their attitude about going the extra mile was refreshingly self initiated. If you're worried about the trouble that can happen with getting a new roof, Lobo Construction LLC will take that worry away! If you're a picky customer you should pick Lobo Construction and if you're not, you will get more than that for which you paid.
