Invisible Fence brand has been a life saver for my dog. He is a doxie who will run after anything, especially squirrels. The Invisible Fence prevents him from leaving our property and I do not have to worry about him escaping thanks to Carrie's expert training. We also use an indoor unit at our front door so that Ziggy doesn't bolt out the door when we welcome guests or get packages. Although Invisible Fence brand systems can be more expensive than competitors, it is well worth the investment as the technology is better and the company stands by the equipment with lifetime warranties. I would never use another pet containment system.

My husband suggested we self-install a pet-store purchased dog-containment system to keep our two labs from chasing deer and coyotes into the foothills of Boise. We quickly found the signal the system emitted to be weak in some areas of our yard, which made defining the boundaries with flags inconsistent and frustrating...for both humans and the dogs. After much frustration, I called Invisible Fence of Treasure Valley. Carrie, the owner, came out to consult with us, get to know our dogs, do some initial training and to understand which areas of our multi-acre yard we wanted to make available to our dogs. Her installer came out shortly thereafter to install the wire and flags. Our dogs FINALLY had a system they could understand and that WORKED. IF has been the best investment we've made in our dogs, property and for us. I highly recommend IF of Treasure Valley. Carrie recently came out again to train our new lab. He quickly understood the system. He will no longer chase our car as we depart, nor jump out in front of it when we return. He will stay safely in the yard. The IF system gives us peace of mind knowing our dogs are safely contained.

Thank you Invisible Fence for saving my dog's legs and my fence! You see, I'm using this product in a less than usual way. I have a shorter white picket fence around my new house. My extremely protective German Shepherd won't jump over (even though she could) but when people walk by -- especially people walking dogs -- she jumps against the fence letting them know she is threatened. She was taking a toll on the 50-year old fence, as well as scraping and cutting her legs from the edges of the top pickets. Invisible Fence was the easiest and least expensive solution! At first, it worked really well. Then she seemed to overcome her fear of the correction collar. Carrie was great and worked with me for weeks to solve that problem. Now my dog can still protect her yard without tearing up the fence and her legs. Thank you Invisible Fence! If you have an escape artist, try this solution!

Made appt with them several days in advance... Re-arranged work schedule to be available. They cancelled on us an hour before the appt stating they "overbooked." Explained that we arranged our schedule for them days in advance and we get cancelled on a one hour notice. They must have all the business they need to afford to lose a customer and future referrals.

Invisible Fence saved our new puppy's life. I can't count the number of times he escaped, he was Houdini. We had to add our other dog's collar to his neck to train him - he was so headstrong - he wasn't phased by any other training we tried & he continued to go play with the squirrels rather than stay home.
