I had an appointment for my furnace, and they were able to show up a day early to diagnose. The appointment for the actual repair, they showed up early which was wonderful. I have an old farm house and the parts for my furnace arent available anymore, but they were able to get it in working order in under 2 hours and for less than 200 dollars. For that price and time they also fixed the thermostat for my gas fireplace. Very impressed with their knowledge and would suggest them to everyone.

When our furnace fan went out, the first diagnosis we got was for a $9700.00 replacement furnace (and that was the low end furnace)!!! We set up appointments for other estimates, but they were down the road. We had no AC with the furnace down, so we were sleeping in the basement. Doug came out the same day we called. Doug and his tech Jon diagnosed and fixed the problem within hours and for less than $400.00. We've never been treated better. We're usually getting ripped off. We will use them for everything from now on.

A new furnace was installed. The price beat the competitors by a large margin. Nevertheless, the installation was performed formed in a neat, clean and professional manner. The work site was cleaned up afterwards. The service technician, John Dutton, was cordial, informative and very professional.
