Removed street signs directing traffic to the local elementary school. Blocked off roadways leading to the elementary school, and did not use any signage to inform that roads could not be used or which roads to use as detour. Very rude employees. Road was not blocked but employee stood in the way and refused to let traffic turn to pick up children from the elementary school. This caused delays for both sides of traffic and a ton of confusion for parents on the first day of school. Half of students ended up being late due to the poor planning on the part of this company. Traffic needs to be informed of road closures in advance with proper signage. If you remove an important sign, a temporary one needs to be put in it's place. I can't say whether this is law, but it's courtesy. I hope that the state discontinues work with this company.
