These guys are awesome! I had to call them because my sprinkler system was vandalized on Holloween. We took the kids trick or treating and when we came back all of our sprinklers were pulled out, and all of our pumpkins smashed! The folks here at Boise Sprinkler Blowouts were very sympathetic and gave us a discount on their estimate because they felt bad for what happend. We also had some backflow and they fixed that while they were at it! Thank you so much for helping us

Called to ask for a sprinkler blowout. Lady asked me where my house was I told her and she said they wouldn’t be out that way for another week. I said ok what day would she have her people there. She said she couldn’t say for sure. I said “well I own the house but I lease it out. If you can’t give me a firm day, then I can’t guarantee that I can have someone there when you show up as the control box is in the garage”. She snarkedly replied “I can help you find another number of a sprinkler blowout company”. I replied “Wow, ok thanks” Business must be great if you can treat customers poorly AND provide no service at the same time. Good Luck Boise Sprinkler. You lost one customer for sure.

We had problems with both the foundation and downspout drains on the south side of our Boise home which were causing some surface water accumulation. Boise sprinkler blowouts and back flow corrected the problems by installing new pipe, fixing some of the old connections, and installing a surface drain. I contacted Shaun from Boise sprinkler blowouts and back flow for an estimate. He was prompt and courteous, and we discussed the problems that I knew to exist. I'd already had a contractor "scope" the pipes, so I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong...but as Shaun rightly pointed out, you really can't know for sure until you expose all the pipe. He gave me an estimate that I thought was pretty low, which I accepted. But, since I had a feeling that there would be more to the job, I "pre-approved" any additional costs up to approximately double the original estimate. Work started on time and progressed well. As I had anticipated, additional problems were soon exposed, and work stopped. Turns out that there were more problems than anticipated, so the estimate was revised upward to reflect the additional work involved. The work was completed without further drama and they even returned the landscaping to near-new condition, which I doubted was possible. A week or so later we had our first major rainstorm since the work was completed. Bad news...something was wrong! We contacted Shaun with Sprinkler blow outs Boise and he responded promptly once again. It turns out that, for whatever reason, that the pipe connections were not done properly. Shaun was very apologetic, and sent a crew back out to correct the problem. Then the next big storm comes along...more problems! Long story short, the pipe was too small to handle the volume of water. Shaun stepped up to the plate, and had a crew return to dig up and replace the pipe and install a larger catch basin. The bottom line here is that although there were some problems along the way, Shaun was always responsive. Like most of us, I've dealt with some companies that would have either not responded at all, or would not have accepted responsibility... Sprinkler blow outs and back flow was refreshing in that regard. I would have no problem recommending Shaun and his company for any drainage or irrigation work you might need. And will have the come in a few weeks when its time to sprinkler winterization for Boise hits.
