I purchased a new home with new carpet that Battlesons installed. I noticed immediately some manufacturer defects and flaws, like loose loops, snagging too easily . They pursued getting it replaced by manufacturer. with some opposition from the inspector .They still went above and beyond to write letters and appeal the decision to not replace my new carpets . The New carpet is 100% better. so soft and totally seems like a higher quality. No snags and loops. I am so happy. Thanks Heidi and Justin! You have proven how you put customers first. Battlesons does what is takes to make their customers happy!

Built a custom home in 2016 and Battlesons supplied all tile and flooring. We ended up with an issue with the carpet and they tried to correct the issue several times. After it was clear that the problem couldn’t be fixed, Battlesons replaced the carpet with a nicer carpet at no charge. Great business and quality work!

They were one of the cheaper places in town, but the service was not great. They were later installing it then they initially said and there were some issues with the guys they sent out to install the carpet. Overall the experience was sub-par. I'm not sure they're worth the money we saved.

I have bought carpet from Battleson two different times and have had great experiences! This particular review is specifically on the service I received today. My carpet had a bubble and was needing to be restretched. Justin Biggs came to my house to give me a bid. Because of the type of bubble I had and where I live out of town, he offered to fixed it the same day rather than charging me a travel fee to come another day. He helped me move the furniture. He was quick and efficient, while being so kind to my little kids as they watched him work. Afterward, he took extra time to give me some VERY valuable advise on how to keep the longevity of my floors. He was very professional and honest! I really appreciate his service today. I will be going back Battleson for my floor needs and will refer my friends as well!

I can see why this place has terrible reviews, I have been looking at adding blinds in our three story office. I called numerous times and left numerous messages and no one ever called me back, I guess that they are not interested in making money. I would definitely recommend calling someone else.

We purchased from Battlesons and had installed by one its its outside contractors, a very high quality carpet 2 1/2 years ago. Last June we purchased from Battlesons and had installed by its outside contractor, a nice engineered wood floor. Both jobs were beautifully done. This week, after 2 1/2 years, the carpet in several rooms needed to be stretched. Jason and Justin, from Battlesons, came at no cost to us and quickly and efficiently restretched the carpeting where needed. Again the work was very nicely done. Battlesons was good to us. I suspect they will be good to future customers.

Battleson's was awesome in helping us with flooring for our new home. Delsa helped us pick out an amazing wood laminate that looks fantastic and we love our carpet also. She made the sometimes overwhelming process of selecting finishes for our home seem easy. Plus, they installed our flooring super fast. They were great!

I had certain ideas of what kind of floor I wanted. Tim showed me several options that were so much better, easier to install and approximately the same price.

They share their expertise and years of experience so that whatever you decide to get, you'll be happy with the results. A fantastic experience and definitely much better than the other flooring stores we've talked with in the area. The prices are very competitive and you even get a better quality product.

Six years after our carpet was installed, we started noticing abnormal wear in certain areas. The carpet was still under warranty and Justin and Heidi went to bat for us and didn't give up until the manufacturer agreed to stand by their product and warranty. Typically, most reviews are written after the initial purchase and installation, but when I walked in 6 years later and said, "I don't know if you can help me, but........" and received the wonderful treatment and attention to detail that I received, I think that is remarkable! Justin and Heidi went above and beyond normal customer service. You can't go wrong when you choose this company for your flooring!

I ordered a patterned carpet for my stairs that I loved! Unfortunately, I hadn’t realized that with a pattern carpet you better make sure your walls are plum. When the installer was done, I looked over the railing and saw that the carpet on the landing looked so crooked! They said they couldn’t do anything because of the walls. What?!! I called Battlesons and Justin came out to take a look and said he’d do his best to fix it. Well, he was able to (not easy either) and he was amazing to work with! Thank you Justin for caring...and working so hard to fix it!

We were recommended to Battlesons by the company that was replacing our countertops. Our experience was specific to working with them to select a backsplash that would work well with the newly installed countertops. We brought a sample of the countertop in to the showroom and the staff helped us find a tile we love. They even went to the detail of helping us select of color of grout to match some coloring in the countertop. The installer (Walter) was fantastic. Not only did he do a great job, he was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Battlesons will be on the top of our list when we get ready to do our bathroom remodel.

We love Battleson flooring! Shopping for flooring and tile can be so overwhelming and stressful, BUT when you shop with Kelly and all of his wonderful staff they make it fun! I always have ideas of things I want to try when we are building or remodeling a home. Kelly listens carefully to what I want and makes excellent recommendation. I have always been please with the quality of the products I have purchased, and more importantly, the installation has always been done expertly.
