We have been using Arctic Air for the last 1 1/2 years. I've never had such great customer service that I keep coming back. They are always so friendly and take their time to explain everything and clean up after themselves, which I really appreciate! I never feel like they're trying to up sale me products. I feel like I'm giving a honest evaluation of what's going on and what my options are. Shane was my technician today and has been on a several of my other jobs. Not only at my home but, my brothers and several other properties that he owns. I would definitely recommend Arctic Air. Shane is an asset to your company! From their Phone Representatives to their Technicians, they’re all wonderful to work with. Their prices are fair and competitive. Shane, in particular, has been excellent to work with. He really goes above and beyond for us. He always remembers that my husband’s medical conditions requires us to be conscious of the air quality in our home more than most people. So he makes sure that our HVAC system is working optimally all year long with the latest products and services. But he’s never pushy. Just very informative.

Konrad and Scott were absolutely great to deal with and always answered my questions and phone calls. I had two separate projects, heating my garages and venting a generator. Konrad helped me put the right solution in place for both projects and Scott did excellent work on finishing up the heating project and venting the generator. I could not be happier with the work performed by both of them and the entire team!

UPDATE: I called a different company who said they were wrong. I dont need a new furnace and there is no carbon monxide. He fixed it the same day and now I have heat. Arctic Air is terrible. Money grubbers. They also offered me my money back to not leave this review. Thats bribery. I had a terrible experience with this company. Yes, they were quick and came out the same day I called, however, the tech spent about 5 minutes in my house. He didn't touch the unit, just looked at it and said I needed a new one. I was at work so I had my dad at the home to be there. The guy proceeded to turn off the furnace, took my money and left. He never called me to tell me what was going on. I had to call the office. He finally called me and lied to me. He stated he was there for over an hour, which was false. I have security cameras and they triggered when he arrived and when he left. He was arrived at 2:55 PM and left at 3:01 PM. He then hung up on me. I called the office and spoke with the general manager, who was also quite rude. He stated the tech's GPS showed him in Nampa for 40 minutes. That doesn't mean he was at my house for that long. I was very upset with the way things were handled. I will never use them again. I've never been treated so bad.

I've been using Arctic Air since my wife and I built our last house in Nampa in 2004. This company is TOP NOTCH! They always exceed my expectations with regard to price and quality of work and service level, and the staff and technicians are just so friendly! Shane is the technician that typically comes to my properties for AC tune-ups and winter furnace check ups, he is wonderful. If you're looking for great HVAC service that isn't overpriced, look no further. Arctic Air for the win!

Truly commendable service from start to finish. The kind woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and helped me try to troubleshoot my furnace. When that did not work, she advised me up front that there would be a service charge of $79. She had a nice technician (Matt) at my home within 30 minutes. Matt promptly replaced a small, inexpensive part for me (after physically SHOWING ME what was broken and explaining why it was a necessary fix!) he even wore little boot covers to keep my carpet clean. At the end of the service, I emphasized that it was important that I have a hard copy invoice as well as email. Matt stayed until I confirmed I had received the receipt, then shook my hand and thanked me! For what?! He is the one who fixed my problem! What's more, a lady at their office even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything worked and that I had my receipt. WORLD CLASS. Humble and neighborly service. Honesty and integrity defined. As long as I live in Boise, they will be the company I call.

ARCTIC AIR in Caldwell, ID is top notch! The quality of their technicians is superior and the pleasant demeanor is a plus in my book! It's tough to find nice and qualified in the same business but Arctic Air has exceeded any expectations I could ever have! Plus! Plus! Plus! They installed a new Carrier cooling/heating system in our home & have been maintaining / servicing it as well. We've been so happy with the unit and the service we also had them install an air purifier for lung issues I've had for 2 years! So far it has greatly reduced the pollutants and I am now breathing better! I cannot express how wonderful it is to actually have the most wonderful experiences with a contractor/sub-contractor! The staff is professional both in and out of the office - the technicians know their business and do a wonderful job! They don't gouge you and they treat you with respect! I highly recommend Arctic Air for your heating, a/c and air quality needs! We are very happy customers and will continue to have them care for our home conditioning needs! It is amazing to find the dedication to service they provide!

I called arctic for a second opinion after I had TML service come out who said I had a crack in my heat exchange (only showing me a picture on a phone not on the actual unit). Arctic disassembled the entire unit and took me out to go over every detail showing me that infact there was NO crack!!! Calling them saved me THOUSANDS!!! Could not have been more happy with the service and intelligence they had. Will be calling Arctic for all my future heating/cooling needs.

They came in quickly and were able to find the problem. They drove to Boise to grab the part that was needed and fixed the air conditioning that same day.Their prices are pretty high. The part I needed was covered under warranty but they were only there about an hour total and I was charged $260 for labor. Seems a little high to me

This company put my air, air conditioning and heating system in my home around 2013. They did the new construction on it. Well past year so I started noticing that everything's just not working how it should. So I decided to go under the house check things out. Well where the main drop through is right below the actual unit itself half of the 14 in Flex was not even wrapped around the start collar. So all I did was move it a little bit the whole thing came out. Then I looked at the other 14 inch right next to it. Same thing! So I checked out some of the other ductwork. Same thing with the Y connectors. Three of them were halfway on. I'm very confused on how this even passed inspection. So I had to go around fill in all the things they didn't fill in with mastic. There's no reason to even call them or try to get it fixed because they'll just charge me instead of fixing the problem. Why? Because it's 6 years later. All they'll do is give me some excuse.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Arctic Air will have my business forever. Shane and Suzanne are fantastic. My family has a rental property in Caldwell near Arctic Air. Their office sits in the front of our neighborhood, and we consider them a part of our community. Today was the second time that they showed us that they are truly vested in safety and in honesty. Our tenants lost heat last night and called our property management group who had another company go out to look at the issue. This company claimed that there were multiple parts that were faulty inside the unit and even suggested replacing the entire furnace. They wanted to charge us a minimum of $1000 to fix the faulty parts with no guarantee. Furthermore, they pushed us to replace the entire furnace and close to $6000. I decided to call Arctic Air, and have them go out to take a look because they have helped us out in the past and done a great job. Shane went out there within hours and took care of the issue for $218. He is honest and fair. He told us that our unit was fine, and that we could get at least another 15 to 20 years out of it as long as we took care of it. Arctic air is definitely one of the best contractors we have used in the valley. We are so appreciative for the hard work and honesty of Shane and Suzanne and all of the crew at Arctic Air. Thank you for doing what you do. You guys are loved.

Shane did an awesome job of keeping our unit going when it was on its last legs. He was honest and said it probably wont last a year. He was right. New unit being put in and these guys have been great. Not only are they thorough in telling us everything that's going on, they went above and beyond by bringing out space heaters for us and ran around looking at electrical for the heat pump when the electricians went home! I love Artic!!
