I would recommend Air Comfort of Caldwell to anyone needing air conditioner repair. We just had a house full of company arrive that was to spend a week with us and at 4:30 on a Friday in Aug. 2016, the house became very warm and we discovered that the air conditioner had stopped working. I called this business and was told that I would have to pay over-time hours because the repairman was still in Meridian. I readily agreed as the house was VERY HOT by this time. He arrived about 5:30, rapidly diagnosed the problem, had the required part on the truck and replaced it. Very friendly and professional. The bill was very reasonable, and I was NOT charged for the work after 5. This is a great business.

I will never use these guys again. They lied about the number of hours on the job, came unprepared and had to come back for a basic repair (which resulted in billing more hours and drive time.) They overcharged for the work provided. They also would not return phone calls when I called to inquire about the charges. Very unprofessional and highly unethical!

We tried for two days to get an appointment and the gentlemen that answered the phone kept saying well in a day or two we will give you a call. I understand if they are busy, but that isn’t want he said. We told him we needed an appointment so we could work it out with our jobs. His reply was well in a day or two we will call you. I guess they don't need my business. I was told they are a great company to work with, but how would I know!

That's how I got to know about them. Always appreciated their business then. Jerry was always one of my favorite customers. Anyways, they have always been up front and extremely honest. This place is the most unethical place to do business with. The manager or owner is very rude .While questioning a charge on an item that was not agreed to do, he slammed the door of his office on my face and never came out. At first i was confused if he was going to look up something and come back out to discuss the issue but after over 30 min waiting at the lobby , I saw that that he was asking one of the employee's trough a window if I had left the store, then after finding out I was waiting, he closed the door again and never came out. At the end I had to pay the charge in question, I didn't wanted to start a show an acted as educated person. His actions remembered my 5 year old kid and what he did was very insulting to me after years of using his services. Please be aware.
