They kept me up to date with the progress on my kitchen and even helped out with lodging costs when I could not live in my place. my kitchen looks fantastic and I would highly recommend.

I would start with zero stars if I could. Matt is the consummate snake oil salesman. He talks a huge game but delivers nothing. We overpaid for his services based on his review, only to find out from his subcontractors that he goes back after the fact on past jobs to give “freebies and add-ones” in order to satisfy poor reviews and get his vaunted “perfect 5-star review”. To top it off, he makes his subs pay for the add-one out of their overhead! I should have gone with my gut the first time we met, or when he surprised us with the fact that we would have to do a permit as an owner/builder since he doesn’t actually have a full general contractor’s license. He has to use his dad’s license number, but doesn’t because his own dad charges him 5% to use it. His team destroyed our yard and only cleaned up after repeated requests to fix things. My garden and irrigation system heads remain buried. Contractual requirements remain unfulfilled, despite the fact that we have paid him over half of the “max budget”. I’m attaching some pictures of his fine work, including the new hole in our exterior ceiling where his employee stepped through the floor and didn’t repair it. Stay far away from this guy. His subs were decent, but Matt is out of his depth as a contractor. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Over budget, not in schedule, and left to hold the bag with a mess to have to hire somebody else to come fix. Please, please, heed my warnings. Both my wife and I are vets and generally trust people and take them in their word. Don’t make our mistake and trust Matt Azouz and Handy Hawaii

Hired these guys recently to fix some damaged walls and they came through big time. You can't even tell there was anything wrong with it to begin with. Matt was professional and a big shout out to Scott the work was estimated to take 3 days but he got it all done and looking great in just 2 days. Definitely go with Handy Hawaii.

Being a disabled Vet I am limited to what I can do around the house. So I had Handy Hawaii replace and repair my front steps, kitchen faucet, kitchen sink plumbing, and install over the range microwave. These jobs were completed quicker than I expected and within budget. The attention to detail made me feel I made the right choice. Matt was in constant contact with me all the way until the work was completed. All the workers were very nice to explain things that got done and also what there professional ideas on stair rails and sink plumbing would work best. Mahalo Handy Hawaii Simply Da Bes!!!

I had been looking for a contractor to renovate my outdated kitchen built in the '60's. I did not have a lot of luck receiving responses from contractors that I had tried to contact for an estimate. Within 15 minutes of my first contact with Matt, he responded and set an appointment. From my initial meeting, I already knew that Matt would be very responsive and helpful from the beginning to the end of the project. He offered suggestions to my dream of how I'd like the kitchen to be and was able to scale down some of the plans to meet my budget. His BuilderTrend program was extremely helpful in giving me the entire picture of my project from product selection to online payment timeline. The workmanship was excellent and if any one area was not quite to my liking, he was sure to make an adjustment. His project manager, Kavika, was right along side of him and coordinating behind the scenes. Pictures were posted daily of the progress and I could communicate with him while I was at work via the BuilderTrend program. I have got to say, hands down, that I would recommend Matt and his crew to anyone, every time.

We scheduled an appointment and he came over and installed our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Incredibly professional, impressive work and very personable. Highly recommended.
