Very glad they accept Milwaukee products here for free for recycling too! Keep them out of the landfill and bring your batteries, drill components, chargers and more here!

Completely ridiculous, refused too waranty a drill chuck that went out, because of rust on the bit that was stuck inside of the drill.

Came here to get some of my tools repaired, very satisfied with the service, got my battery replaced with new and my drill has been fully repaired - like new, and the best part - everything covered by the warranty so didn't have to pay

Brand new M18 battery with 0 cycles and it’s defective on first charge. Customer service then expects me to pay $79 to replace it. What a piece of garbage. Never Milwaukee again. Fraud company.

My husband dropped off his drill to be fixed under warranty months ago and has yet to hear back when he checked his paperwork that was given to him under the return address they put the stores address and did not file his warranty correctly we feel as if they robbed him for his drill. Have yet to hear anything.

Very good and friendly customer service. They offer Milwaukee stuff that is hard to find in your normal retail hardware store. Got my Impact Drill fixed in a timely manner and under Warranty. Love it. Now we just need one further South closer to me.

Quality of the service went down hill since they moved to Georgia. Im in Mn and our service center will not take phone call. I complained and got a "Shut up" response. My 18m battery went dead in one year. They screwed up my warranty. Never responded. Then Home depot burnsville Mn asshoes lied about the 'Buy one get one free'.

A tool man's store lol was there to get more information about thier sub compact wrench tool for heavy automotive use. Customer service was good and answered my questions. Still deciding between thier 1/2" 220 ft lbs of torque sub compact wrench vs the Ingersol Rand 3/8 compact wrench that has 380 ft lbs of torque Will make my decision very soon!

Being the only warranty location in the Atlanta area you have no choice. If you expect technical support for the tools that you spent your hard earn money, think twice. Drove 1 hour to drop off a flashlight that had the base separated. Technician told me that that it would not be covered because it had been dropped, reminded him that Milwaukee advertise the tool as impact resistant(9foot height per their advertising) and built tough. Received a call several days later that my tool was deemed not warrantable due to normal wear and tear. The estimated repair would be $63, the tool cost $79 new. Disagree with the determination and called back, was told by the technician that it was not warrantable because it was normal wear and tear , he also stated that they tested it by dropping from a height and it didn't break, I must have done something drastic. I am an airframe mechanic with 5 years experience in the Marines, 15 years experience in the automotive industry I know what drastic tool abuse is. How the hell can this guy tell me that I abuse the tool when the light didn't have but a fall from the under carriage of a vehicle no more than 4ft of the ground . My loyalty to Milwaukee is in question when their service facility has such disregard for a customer and won't stand by their products. Nothing but heavy duty until it is not.

Called in for help replacing a missing key on the Milwaukee 30” tool chest and the representative told me he couldn’t help me and that I should return it to the Home Depot. Like it’s just that easy to unload it completely, and then load the thing in my van weighing as much as it does...called 1-800-SAW-DUST (Milwaukee Corporate) and the representative ordered me a key at NO cost in less than 5 minutes. This guy just had zero interest in helping the customer. Noted.

I have literally lived across the street for 4 years and try to get in this store every chance I get. Finally a Friday off today. Black Friday, biggest retail Friday of all fridays. To surprise, or not surprise they are closed. Why on earth is the store closed on Black Friday. So I venture over to Home Depot. The Milwaukee rep is in the isle talking to customer and I overhear him mention something about HD not having the item but the Milwaukee store in havertown would. I jumped in and said don’t waste your time they are closed. They are always closed. At this point because of my close proximity to the store I’m pretty sure it is a money laundering front. Oh well. Also pretty sure I have more Milwaukee tools than the store does. Hope they are open on the week between Xmas and New Years when I’m off. But probably not, probably resting form all the Xmas sales they did.

There is literally anything you could possibly want made by milwauakee sold here. The selection is the best you'll find. However, expect to pay absolute full retail price. The staff is friendly, but the turnaround time on warranties is very slow and the hours of operation are pretty prohibitive. Expect to bring cash if you want to buy any clearance items or rebuild batteries, it's all they will take.

Great tools I love them but the service center hours are ridiculous. as contractors sometimes were not done until three 330 and then trying to make it to the service center is almost impossible. Saturday hours are needed

Waste of time tried to get my warranty for my tools not even a year old and they denied because of dust inside of it. Are you serious is a tool for work not to have in a cabinet without use come on “technicians” y’all can do better than that. What’s the point of warranty if you won’t give it out. Other than that sales representative had a great attitude. What a disappointment 5 days to just tell me that and be without a tool at work smh

They can be a little busy at times but they are always helpful. I have had to warranty out a few tools and they have always been good about it. I have never had a warranty denial of any kind. I use my tools quite a bit but do not abuse them. It may take a week but it beats sending the stuff in my self. I have been a customer for a couple years and do not see myself changing that.
