I highly recommend CertaPro. They were very professional and did a great job of painting most all our house that we are putting up on the market. They also painted our deck and replaced boards on the deck that need to be replaced. They also pressure washed the driveway and sidewalk and did a great job.

This company is ran by the most unprofessional man named Byron. We spent over 5k on our home being painted over a year ago and we still have problems with the job not being done. We have had Byron send out illegal people and they were trying to charge my wife $45 a hour to fix the job that Baron had other Illegal people do. Than they didnt have the paint to fix it. As I called Baron back he said sorry this and sorry that and it will be done this week. Well week goes by than I call Byron and he said sorry and asked if anyone called me. Of course no one called, and then he said he will have someone over next week and he would call me back. Another week goes by I call Baron 3 time with 3 voicemails and no call back. SO i have to call the corporate office. Comes to find out Baron doesn't do any painting he just hire's out people and pays them off the book and thats what you get is a horrible paint job and even worse communication. So finally its been a month and I was supposed to have them come out today between 9-10am and it was 1030 am I call Byron and of course he said what no one called you. I said NO. He said I will call the guy who is suppose to do the work. So some guy calls be and said that he cant come until 4 or 5pm. Well Its 420pm and the guy come and guess what????? He doesn't have the paint for the room to be fixed. WOW.. what a surprise! So I call Byron..guess what no answer. I call his daughter who also runs the so called Business. No answer. Then this guy who is hear and is in the middle because Byron and his daughter can't communicate with their so called workers calls Byron's Daughter and walla she answers and doesn't know whats going on. So now Im hear waiting for some random guy to come back with paint that Byron and his daughter said they had 3 weeks ago to fix my sons room. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The wait was well worth it as, beginning with Patsy helping us with color options and choices, to the exceptional crew of painters and "fixers" of cracks and holes in the drywall. we were treated to a beautifully painted interior. We were treated with respect and the crew went out of their way to make sure we were able to get to our kitchen and table and to our bedroom without even asking us. Brian and Julia were so good about following up and making sure that we were getting the best care. Couldn't ask for more!

Steer clear. They stained my house exterior. I worked everything out with owner, byron. Then the crew shows up and guess what? Nobody speaks English. Lots of communication problems. Did a mediocre job, at best. Left a bunch of stuff that byron keeps telling me they will come back and fix. As other reviews stated, byron either does not pick up the phone or else tells you that he will take care of everything right away and then does nothing. When I called corporate to complain, they did not even have a record of the job in their system! I suggest you find a different contractor.
