Honestly, I normally love this place but my last few visits have made me lose interest in shopping here. Today there was an advertised sale on comics and graphic novels. After our purchase we noticed we did not receive the correct pricing for the graphic novels we purchased, even though we had asked the cashier again if she was certain the items priced out correctly. We had to go back in the store and wait through a long line again, to have the purchase returned and sold at the advertised price. The items still weren’t priced correctly after repurchasing again. Rather than wait in line for a third time I’ve given up but I’d use caution when purchasing any of their comics or graphic novel promos.Pay close attention as things are being scanned through the register. The customer service was definitely lack luster and frustrating that they still couldn’t get the prices right

This has got to be one of my favorite stores. I could spend all day here and not get bored. So much to look at, pick through, read and shop for. When I need gifts for people this is where I go. When I need a book or a video game, this is where I go. If I am bored and have time to kill, this is where I go. Any extra money I have get spent here. You can even trade in stuff for store credit! The employees are very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. They are also very kind and love to help you out.

What a disappointment. I was trying to get rid of a bunch of estate books... all different kinds. Even though I was not in any hurry and was willing to leave them for as long as needed, they would only take 3 bins a day. I had to pack them in exactly how they wanted them, and when they only bought a few (for next to nothing) they wanted me to take all the rest back even though I was willing to donate them. If you have books that you just want gone? Don't waste your time. Post them for free on Facebook marketplace. It's worth giving them away when someone else is willing to do all the heavy lifting.

Good place to trade in your old toys, games or some random items. One of the things I really like is their free bins. If my items I try trading don't get any store credit I leave them their for someone to take in hopes they bring joy

Neat store with unique items, both second hand and new. I popped in here for the first time and was impressed with the volume and variety of merchandise. There was more new stuff than I expected. The store was organized very well and the staff was very friendly. The prices seemed fair but maybe just a little high for the newer items. One neat feature I noticed was that they have a few bins by the front door of items they're giving away for free. Supposedly items people brought in for resale that didn't get accepted. I will definitely be coming here again in the future. Especially for gifts for people who are into comic books, TV shows, and pop culture stuff.

Novelty t-shirts and quirky collectibles, puzzles, books, comic books and funco pops! Yep you can spend a few hours in this spot and leave with some great things. I know we do all the time.

A lot of little things. Keychains with troll dolls, socks with Marx Bros. , CD's that are new and used. I just bought a CD 4.00. It's probably supposed to be modeled after 2nd & Charles in the Village, (NYC) but no cigar there. Still.. there's musical instruments and pet toys. Books, LP's and friendly staff. Watch price. My CD was 4.00 but some are much higher ... (If you don't want used.. especially in Albums... It's kinda pricey. It's a BIG shop.

Really cool place as far as the merchandise they carry. It reminded me of a Books A Million except they sell used and vintage items as well. I took an assortment of items into sell at the "Buy Back" counter. It was a smooth and fairly quick process. However, I don't believe that they are fair about the buy back prices they offer. I didn't expect to make it rich off of the items I brought in to sell because I know places like this buy and resell. I did expect them to be fair with their offer though. They also don't show you how much they are paying you for each individual item in your bin. They just give you an overall offer amount for your items. I think they should show you how much they are paying you for each item but if they did that then customers would see just how unfair their buy back offers are. So, it makes sense as to why they don't do this. Their store prices are not as cheap as I expected either. But I will say that the employees were all very nice and helpful.

Awesome store with a pretty good inventory from trade-ins. I wish I could come by more often, though- this is definitely the kind of place you want to check at least once a week for all your favorites. The trade inventory rotates quickly! Staff has always been top notch, too. Always ready to cut up and have a little fun.

I used to love this store since I was in high school. Lately, I can’t stand it. From drastically over priced games (they literally sell used games from GameStop at higher prices than listed on the GameStop sticker), a completely lack of support for replacing broken products, and a general disinterest in customers who have given them business for years. Retro gamers in the area would be better off literally anywhere else with people who understand how gamers like to shop and the way video game sales should be made. Safe to say I won’t be returning and recommend all gamers and game collectors steer clear of this once great retailer.

Probably a good place to go if you're looking for a hard to find items along the lines of older books, video games and trinkets.

They have a good selection of books and used games. I go for the used books. I feel like some of their items can be a little over priced and most times it's hard to find older novels if you are looking for something in particular. The only issue I have ever had is with the customer service and them knowing promotion details they have posted by the door. A nice place to spend a couple hours relaxing while you browse and purchase some good fines.

This place is fun to visit, but it really depends on what you are wanting to purchase. The employees have no ability or permission to bargin. The sales of uses items used to mean good deals. Here it seems rather set in stone and the employees hid behind a computer when questiones. So, for window shopping while drinking overpriced coffee, sure, three stars because they have a lot of cool and nerd swag, music, books, etc. But real collectors or bargin hunters might only rate as two stars.

This store was great at one point but now wreaks like crazy of a store caught up in their own mess it makes it hard for them to push sales. I used to love going into here, packed full of some amazing choice games, etc... Over time I've learned that they've taken a turn for the worst and I couldn't second thought this store anymore. Prices are extremely overloaded, games that you can find at GameStop for $2.99 are pushed up by 31%, stock is poor, employee support is honestly about as good as trying trying to call your friend on a dead night while they're asleep, calling several times but they never pick up. I'd love to see improvement made but I am honestly afraid it's gone far too downhill at this point, heck the only reason the parking lot ever has anyone in it is when Starbucks customers are trying to find a space to park but all the spots are filled up so they park at the 2&C, that's probably the only time you'd be convinced they had customers. All things said, please improve your store as I'd love to shop there again, this isn't meant to be negative but it's a simple culmination of experiences.

This place is awesome. Huge inside. Nice selection of many different types of "media." New and used vinyl, books, gaming systems, and oddball gag gifts and decor. I picked up three albums... all of which I haven't found previously in antique or record shops... so I felt like the trip was a success. One of my favorite finds, oddly enough, was a funny little Bob Ross bobblehead figure that says different quotes from his show and comes with a tiny flip book of his paintings. Being a 70's baby... this nostalgic item could not be passed up. It's a winner on my office desk. A bit of advice... definitely check the record quality. Had to pass up a couple that were scratched.

I could - and have - spend hours in 2nd & Charles. It is great place to find secondhand books, DVDs and Blu-Rays. Lots of fandom merchandise and otherwise more hard to find merchandise for the geek in all of us. My son is especially fond of the massive selection of Pops and other action figures.

Great place for buying second hand products. Great selection and even a few baskets of free stuff (usually nothing good, but sometimes you find a hidden gem). The only reason for 4 stars is that they offer low pay outs for items they buy from customers compared to the extortionate prices they place on certain items (ex. They sell Nintendo64 for $100+ but only pay $10 for it if you try to bring one in)

For over a year, this was easily my favorite place in the world. I love books- and how cheap they used to be! The environment is great for quiet time (if you go in the morning or midday through the week) and perusing through dozens of shelves or organized, beautiful books. They have chairs to sit in, little baskets to tote your finds in, and the aisles are just wide enough not to be too claustrophobic. Prices have gone up. They used to be on par with Amazon for the most part, and they are definitely still more reasonably priced than your average store, but I stopped coming here when the average price went from $2-5 to $4-8. I could still spend hours here, though.

I could spend hours here looking at the collection of books and music. They have a chill spot and a nice vibe. Good prices also!

Not worth it. Went to sell them old DVDs for so little for what they took. I advise going else where. Also they really take their time getting you an offer.

Was very disappointed in my experience during Free Comic Book day 2019. We arrived at 10 30am they told us we got 3 free comics each at check out. I know that stores have to purchase the comics they give out for free and that it is done as a promo so I wanted to support the shop so we shopped for an hour and the family picked out a ton of stuff. At check out the girl at the register informed me that the only comic they had left was Buffy... I had done a ton of research the day before and was excited about many of the free comic book offerings as was my kid. I talked to all of my friends who went to other places like Dr. Nos and they all said that their shops had plenty left although I was out of time so didnt get to get anything we were interested in. If they had communicated any amount of urgency we would have shopped differently. Also, being sold out at 11:30 is super lame. Lastly the girl at the front desk was rude and showed no amount of sympathy about the wind being completely knocked out of our sails at the register. I will still shop for used toys here bc it is fun but I am going to purchase my comics elsewhere.

Wow this place is cool but has NO help at all! No easy way to look for a specific book without somebody looking it up in their system. Problem is there is no one available to do that. They are wandering around the store?

I come here often to get books for my nephew and I. He is obsessed with books and I always find great deals here. For me, I usually look in their Christian section. Lots to choose from and great prices.

Very good selection of games, books and what not. They are a tad bit on the pricey side but if your looking for a rare item or just a good selection then you'll find this store to be a great place to stop by.
