My experience with this particular franchise of ServPro was horrible. I had worked with ServPro in the past within my organization and was happy to work with them when I needed them, personally, due to a water leak. They completed the mold restoration which was actually great. However, they also convinced me that they could complete my build out once the water leak was repaired. This included an entire new kitchen with cabinets and all. I was extremely clear with the owners as to the exact tile and counter top needed, the soft closing drawers and cabinets needed. They gave me one estimate and then later increased it based on the counter top and tile. The best part is that they hadn't even priced out the counter top or tile yet. even though they knew exactly what was needed. The orders for the counter top and tile were not placed in time and therefore there was a full two weeks where no one came to the house or updated us for days at a time. The owners were not around so my husband and I became the project managers and had to go to the house each day to make sure there was some progress being made. I received two violations from my association due to white tracks being left all over the newly tarred driveway and received another for uncleanliness because of the rags and towels left outside hanging over the stair banister. Additionally, they removed popcorn from the ceiling and left the AC on AND the doors and windows open causing us to have to clean out the ducts and causing our AC bill to increase significantly. Our refrigerator was full of popcorn and the filters all needed to be replaced. It took me two hours to clean out the fridge and we had to throw out over $400 in food. The workers trashed our guest bathroom so badly that we had to replace the rugs and hire a cleaning crew to come. They also used my personal items to complete their work without asking. I have tried to resolve the matter with this franchise over the past few weeks with nothing but excuses and zero attempt at restitution. I do not recommend.

This is the most reasonable company and the most courteous workers. Allan is A Plus,,I had a Mold remediation job at my house. All the other companies tried to rip off my insurance. Serv pro was the only fair company and they did a excellent job. Thank you Servpro. Thanks you Allan Greenstein.
