Cool place, hidden treasures, prices are reasonable for "imported" and "authentic" merchandise. You can buy the things in there online for much cheaper if you so feel like. But the store Isa good experience and good atmosphere, it does feel crowded and very cramped even though it's a huge location.

i absolutely love this place! as a kpop fan i was so surprised to find that there was a kpop store so close to my house. i was surprised at how many albums they had. i went in for a recent album but not expecting to come out with it but thankfully i was able to find it (don't mess up my tempo by exo). the prices are also relatively reasonable if you compare them to online stores. i would have liked a wider selection for the t-shirts but i did find a cute nct shirt on sale and it's made from great material and fits me perfectly so i can't complain. overall i had an awesome experience and the entire atmosphere with the cashiers and seeing fellow kpop fans in real life was amazing. will definitely come here more in the future.

it's a chill place, didn't expect to be as much people there when i went though. great place for armys; BTS is everywhere. If you're looking for an army bomb it's $70, just a heads up. quality of the merchandise; I'd say 9/10. great place. i have to drive for 2 hours to get there, but it's worth it.

honestly I do not know much, if at all, anything about K-pop, but my sister, who is a fan; totally went bonkers and loved this place, I literally saw her eyes sparkling!! So; if you're into K-pop AND you have NOT been here, I have news for you: you're not into K-pop.

I'm so sad because I came into town from another state for a couple days and I only had a certain amount of time to go by the store. We showed up with 15 mins till you closed, which was more than enough time for us, and you were already closed. I'll probably never get another chance again. I don't have many kpop options at home besides ordering online or traveling far. I'm always excited try new places and wish I could have added yours to my list. We tried to come Sunday the 21st.

Update: I want to say that although they are limited the atmosphere is nice and it's cool seeing other KPop fans in one setting. I like how they play KPop in the TV.

Shop have signs say BTS shirt for $14.99 so I grab a BTS baseball jersey thinking it is same price. The jersey itself has no price tag. When I got home I found out the price is $29.99 as shown on the receipt. I wouldn't buy it had I know the price. Shop owner: please put price tag on your merchandise Shoppers: verify the price at check out.

I always have a great time at this location. The staff always greets me when I'm around and they share the same love and passion. I'm a shy person, so opening up to people is hard, but they made is really easy to talk with. On my last visit, I was having a terrible day, and they made it better. They're knowledgeable about their products. I mainly go for the kpop merchandise, however, I will return for some anime products as well. Their section is incredible and you can find just about every popular and unknown anime merchandise as well. This counts for kpop albums as well. I thought I wouldn't find my favorite groups (which are usually unknown) and to my surprise, I did! The store is always well kept and neat. I heard they do events from time to time, and I always miss them, but one day I shall attend. Thank you staff for always giving me a warm welcome.

Love this place! Drove two hours just to visit here, and it was amazing! They have all sorts of kpop merchandise, a ton, and I mean A TON of BTS merch. Had a lot of non-kpop related merch like anime and some different snacks. I hope that they're able to branch out up here in Jacksonville.

Happened to spot this place driving by and HAD to stop in being a huge anime and K-pop fan. They have a very large selection of K-pop related items including posters, DVDs, figures, pillows, etc. As for anime items, they carry a large selection of plushies, key chains, and various figures. In my opinion, they could increase their anime inventory but it's one of the better anime/K-pop stores in the area for sure! The staff is friendly and the prices aren't terrible. I compared a few items to Amazon/eBay and they roughly measure the same in pricing.

While on our family vacation, my daughters shopped here twice. It was the highlight of our vacation. The artist and the titles they wanted were in stock. They said that they were happy because of no waiting or shipping charges. If you like K-Pop, this is the store to visit.

Amazing time in the store!! I was traveling to Florida for a trip and had to stop, definitely worth it! Had BTS albums (not all but most of them!), as well as Stray kids and VAV. Also most of the K-POP groups your looking for are probably in there. The prices aren’t bad either most albums are $15-$21 so not overpriced at all. The Posters are super good quality as well as the postcards and pins! The employees are also super nice and know about everything. Highly recommend stoping by if you can!

Cute store for cute Kawaii plushies. Would be five stars but they’re all over priced. I understand y’all need to make money, but you guys order supplies in bulk so if y’all can make it a few dollars cheaper, that’d be great. (I.e a stuffed medium bunny is $30) Online is $20. I’ve seen and studied how you guys unpack shipment. I saw a worker unpack a box and there were loads of stuffed plushes crammed in one box. I know it’s a bit cheap to buy supplies because a worker (who works at Chinatown in Chicago), who is also a shop owner, told me it’s cheap when they buy supplies. Also, Chinatown in California has similar plushies for $25. Just advising.

I have visited this store several times and the staff are extremely rude. Recently I had a friend asked if they had an album and was told no in a way that implied he was dumb for asking. Later I overheard them snarking about how ppl should know that if they want an album they should come in as soon as the album is released. The atmosphere doesn’t foster community or make me wanna chill and browse. The drive across Orlando isn’t worth it for me anymore so I’ll be buying my albums online and at target/Walmart/Barnes&Nobles as they are becoming available in main stream outlets.

This store has a great selection of KPOP and anime. The workers are really nice and friendly. They will talk to you and ask you about he groups you like and you can tell they love their jobs. They also sell a variety of Mochi ice cream and other snacks. They get restocks in every week and stays up to date with all the new groups and popular ones. They also do requests if you want something they don’t have. My new favorite store!!

I live an hour away, and this kpop store is decent I have bought more than 10 albums from them (most being GOT7) and they were in good condition, my only complaint is that the workers there are very rude, they gave me and my friend an attitude while we were purchasing, the other time I visited I was also greeted with rudeness from the workers there. Other than that if your just there to buy and album or something else real quick this is a good place :)

I took my 12 year old daughter here as a surprise and she fell in love. The girls here were very sweet especially May. I highly recommend you go go to this store. Prices are very reasonable. They have Pokemon Galore, Dragon Ball, Sword Art Online, Hatsune Miku, Sailor Moon, and all the other anime. We definitely will be visiting again. It goes on our favorite list!

Simply being the only K-Pop store in my state makes me really happy. It does depend on whether the time you go that what you want will be in stock. Of course you can call them and ask for it and see if they have it. I have gone 3 times so far and i have found what i was looking for. When i went there the first time there weren't a lot of bts albums, thankfully the one i was looking for was there but there are also a lot of kpop clothing, asian snacks, posters, albums from many other groups, anime stuff and much more. Its almost an 1 hour from me but i still love it. Edit: I went once again and was a little sad that Day6 Shoot Me wasn't in stock but i managed to get myself Young Forever Night Version, Exo Love Shot Repackage, Stray Kids I am Not(for my friend) and some nct pins. I love going there because you end up forgetting what you wanted and end up getting anything you like

we travelled all the way to k-poppin with my children. one of my son bought an anime plush and paid for by himself while the rest are still looking around. the black girl watching the the store, all of a sudden turn the alarm on as if my son was stealing something. my husband was offended, he left the store. Just because my children are mixed doesn't mean they'll steal something. my husband and I are both military veterans and federal employees. we raised our children right. I was going to say something to her but I felt that maybe that's the kind of environment she had been most of her life. I just wish that stereotyping is not what you teach your employees to do. Bad business practice if you ask me. One thing I know, we will never come back to your store again nor have our children order any more anime plushes and stuff online.

Their supply was lacking in comparison to other kpop stores (probably in order to sustain the anime merch supply). The prices were quite unreasonable for merch that is easily attainable elsewhere. It's not worth the trip unless one happens to live in the area and wants to spend extra money at a store rather than save and buy online.

FANTASTIC! I loved this store so much. Prices are pretty good for albums. They seem to always have sales going on so I was able to some albums for $15 which is about the normal price in Korea. They have a variety of other things too like clothes, merch, stuffed animals and figurines. They also let me choose a free poster for every album I purchased. It was AMAZING!!

Great store for the Anime and KPOP fans. My daughter purchased her Day 6 official light band at a great price. Posters and clothes are priced good as well. If you are a parent get ready to spend some time in this rare gem of a store. Also, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a great location for K-Pop/certain Japanese culture. I have personally bought a few plushies from here and am very happy with their quality. Although, be aware that most things here are highly priced so you would not want to come here unless you had money to spend. Otherwise, you're looking at a good, comfortable place to regular at.
