My husband and I just bought a beautiful home; a home that had two tiny problems - turtle soup colored paint and big walls. We're talking turtle soup colored paint throughout ALL of the main living areas, including our living room with two story ceilings. I tried to love it but just couldn't; it had to go. In steps in Charley! Within an hour of requesting a quote, he had called me to schedule a time to come out and see the house. He came out a couple days later, looked at the house, looked at his schedule (by grace, a spot opened up within a week!) and set me up get this green gone. The CertaPro crew (headed by Nik) was great - they were on time, polite and quick (without making a mess everywhere). I LOVE our new house and 'boring beige' walls. Absolutely the best experience that I have had in my home improvement efforts. Charles Rye and his whole team at CertaPro are great. It started with Billy coming out and explaining the process in detail when submitting the quote to my wife and I, then the painters themselves took over and were amazing (both fast and efficient). Then just as how he began the the process Charlie followed up and made sure we were happy in the end. The painters didn’t use drop cloths and told us “this paint cleans up easy”. It doesn’t clean up easily, especially out of our rugs or off the tile floor.

Charley and Lea painted our house a few years back and did a fantastic job before - in helping us pick out colors, during - in maintaining a schedule, keeping us updated, etc., and after - by coming back for whatever minor touch ups we thought necessary, replacing a garden hose that got sprayed without us asking, and being super straightforward with the entire process. We put our house up for sale recently and I asked Charley if he could come and touch up our front door - a super small job - but he was very willing to take care of it in short order, and I believe that’s what sold our house so quickly! Now we’ve moved into our forever home and are in need of painting services again. There’s no one I’d rather trust with my home than Charley and Lea. Charley and his crew went 'above and beyond' when they painted my 50 year old pool house. The painting aspect of the job was straightforward and went well. However, a matching trim piece was needed. Unfortunately this trim size/style is no longer being produced. Charley went from supplier to supplier until he came up with something. Despite my initial skepticism, he installed it, and the match looked perfect. He has a good eye for this kind of detail and values excellence. I also appreciate his 'customer-first' perspective and cheerful attitude.

Using CertaPro of Gainesville to paint the exterior of my house worked out great! Working with them on the planning stage went smoothly and the painting crew did it all to my specs. The guys really seemed to take care to get things right. They had some wood repairs to do too and did a great job as well. It's a one-story house but with some high parts above the roof, yet they got it done in only 2 days and ahead of schedule. They also came back afterwards to confirm with me that everything was done to spec and see if I had any further requests. I'm really pleased with the way it worked out and would definitely recommend them.
