I can't say enough about how wonderful the owner, Sergio is to work with, he calls you, let's you know everything that is going on, the time-table, and keeps his word. His crews are so efficient, they prepare & clean up EVERYTHING---so much better than the last roofer I had! If you want the best quality roof, professional installation, you can't do better than this roofing company!! This was a very large job, 5 BR house & 3 car garage, I can't say enough about what a superb job Tycos did for me!

We were really in a mess after our kitchen ceiling collapsed. A bad storm had hit the night before and we knew we needed to contact several roofing companies. After contacting Home Advisor Tycos roofing was at the top of the list. Diane called us right away, and was so friendly and quick to get someone out to us. Tycos was at our home the same day we contacted them. Paul was extremely concerned for our situation and offered a strait forward affordable plan for our needs. From start to finish the new roof and new guttering was seamless. We give Tycos Roofing 5 stars all the way!

Reason I even gave two stars is because of Robert great guy however company needs a ton of work to improve im a Carpenter and Plumber I own a buisness, I would have done my projects myself however didnt have time due to being a buisness owner and having my own clients to care for with their remodeling projects and my wife wanted it done asap. Well needless to say this company is not who you should call if you want great workmanship at a timely manner. Very slow feel as though I am babysitting them everystep of the way. Unfortunately job is still currently going and will update my review but at this point I cant possibly see me being happy with the finnished product. My couch and my brand new ceiling fan have been exposed to rain and weather left outside for 3 weeks. Along with my entire house being filled with drywall dust because their workers dont know how to tape up plastic. Along with my tile backsplash having over spray from them painting. Brandnew windows have paint on them making them rewrap some windows they just did. Also had to kick the first crew they had on my project out of my house im really getting ready to kick them all off completely and finnish their shotty work myself.

We are first-time home owners, and getting our leaking roof replaced was our first major expenditure. We sought three estimates, and we chose Tycos as one of the companies to give us a quote because of all the good reviews we saw about the quality of their work. When Scott came to our house, he did a superb job of explaining the roof replacement process and what choices we would have regarding shingles and other materials. He was the only estimator who noticed that our current roof venting was inadequate, and he explained how that problem could be remedied so the new roof could .be vented properly. He brought samples of roofing materials to show us. He answered all our questions. And he left literature with us to help us make our decisions. Tycos' estimate for the roof job was the middle quote of the three we received. Their proposed materials and services estimate was by far the estimate offering us the best value. And the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty, together with the Tycos workmanship warranty, offered us great peace of mind. So we chose Tycos to do the job. Alex, our project manager, was also great to work with--before, during, and after the job. He and his roofing crew were very efficient and respectful. They worked hard, removing our old roof and putting on our new roof in one day as promised. I was also impressed that Sergio, who runs the company, came out to work on the job site for a while. The crew protected our lawn and driveway with tarps. They left us a few packages of shingles in case we might need them in the future. Their post-job clean-up was meticulous. And, as an added bonus, they put a new coat of black paint on our vent pipes to go along with our new roof. We are extremely happy with our new roof, and we are very thankful to Sergio and all the members of his team who worked together to serve us. Five stars to Tycos!

We just had our kitchen redone and Tycos did a beautiful job. We will even miss the team being at our house...they were so nice and really went above and beyond. They stayed on time with the project and communicated every step of the way. Robert was the lead in the project and we cant say enough about it. They keep missing their appointment. As an adult, we all know you won't promise a time if you knew you can't make it. So we end up having a whole on our roof for a month until they finally sent someone to fix it. More over, they didnt finish their work but left something undone. Just don't trust them after all the drama, so I ended up get another roofing company to wrap whatever they left. BTW, one manager said to get a quote of fox roof is $20, but another person from their company said they charge a flat $120 fee for just getting a quote. Conclusion: they lies about their fees! Can you trust someone who even lies about their quote fees at the very beginning?

I got 4 quotes before going with Tycos. This was a big job. Roof plus gutters. The price was a little lower than the others but they don’t cut corners. Robert provided good follow-up without high pressure. He explained the benefits of the Certainteed system and answered all my questions. Nobody else had a good answer for how to properly vent a complex roof structure. Alex and Adam are very knowledgeable. The work crew was quick and they did a great job cleaning up. Reserving a 5th star until I see how it works out over time but I’m not expecting any issues.
