Dominic Drummond is truly " ONE OF A KIND ". He's background, knowledge and expertise in renovations is superb !!! We suffered a total of three back to back MOLD Claims on our home, here in Lewes. It was devastating! After our first lengthy meeting and listening to him and asking a ton of questions, I knew I had the "RIGHT" company and PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMAN to address multiple issues and problems to our home. Dominic and all his crew are " top notch ". There attention to detail is impeccable. Dominic is very creative and his visions shared truly enhanced the beauty to our home. Inside and out. Our kitchen, formal dining room, living room , master bedroom , master bathroom and laundry room required a complete gut job to insure the mold was completely gone. It was so bad, we had to move out of our home for 4 months. Dominic and company was here " non stop " to rebuild our home. He always stayed in touch with us via phone call, text or face to face meetings. His customer service is SUPERIOR unlike most contractors in this area. Dominic is very honest, compassionate, understanding, personable and truly cares about the " Quality " he and his professional crew delivers each and every time on each and every project he was tasked with. He's amazing, great sense of humor. A true delight to work with. As is his crew. He and his employees always leaves a clean environment at the end of each day. After 4 months of renting another home in Rehoboth near by, we had to move out and back into our home mid April. Four hours into the move, is when we discovered the 3rd mold claim in our master bedroom. Another devastating blow to us and our budget. I texted Dominic the bad news. Within 10 seconds he returned with an immediate phone call. Literally stopped his work day and came straight here. Assessed the situation, took control, formed a strategic game plan and then had his crew working 24/7 through the weekend. We were incredibly touched by his caring and loving nature. And, very appreciative and grateful to him and his men. We even asked Dominic to redo our decks in our backyard. And, he did a gorgeous job. So innovative and creative. We are now approaching the last few details with his crew in our new and beautiful home. Still going the through the unpacking process. Once completed, I will be posting many pictures of the fabulous renovations right here. On a personal note to Dominic and All of his crew. We are extremely lucky and most fortunate to have met all of you, your kindness, caring, sweet , giving thoughtful ways will forever be remembered and always appreciated. As a small token of our appreciation for Dominic and Crew, we will be hosting a cookout dinner party for all. We can't wait, we are truly blessed and have a whole new circle of friends. It is our pleasure to share and recommend Dominic, his crew and Quality Care Homes to all. Simply put: when you hire this company expected QUALITY by people who CARE about you and your HOME !!!! Quality Care Homes (Dominic) recently rebuilt my chimney which was severely water damage due to initial poor workmanship. The quality, communication, timeliness of completion, etc. was superior. He has been one of the few contractors that I have use who actually answers the phone, returns calls, and shows up for appointments. I would recommend Dominic and his team without hesitation.

Very professional in all respects. We had the original sunroom and deck which needed improvements. Rotting support under the sunroom required complete replacement. He and his crew showed up on time and were always polite. Throughout the whole process Dominic stayed in touch. Through to the final details regarding trim, spackling, painting, etc. Dominic made appropriate suggestions. We highly recommend his services.

This post is from Martin Lawson. For some reason, while my account was shown on our computer, when I clicked on my name, I could not sign in. I (we) would highly recommend Quality Care Homes. Dominic runs a very professional operation. He was extremely responsive throughout all phases of the deck extension and patio build he did for us. His pricing was competitive and fair. He spent time researching the existing material on our deck and matched it perfectly. He made suggestions in regard design and finishing touches which resulted in a deck we are very happy with and which has generated many compliments. The workers directly employed by Dominic/Quality Care Homes are very experienced. They worked diligently. They were courteous and maintained a clean and organized work space the entire time they were on the job. The deck phase of our project was started and completed within the time frame Dominic had indicated to us. There was a problem with the patio portion of the work. This phase was contacted out to a patio/hardscape operation.The bottom line is that Dominic stepped in and took responsibility to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. In doing so, he assumed a significant financial burden without question. Again, his professionalism and commitment to both his client and the reputation of his company could not be higher.
