Would use them again. Porter Family Contracting installed new siding on my house . From start to finish the process of working with Justin and his crew was great. He was always available for any questions or concerns. The crew of carpenters were fantastic. Jimmy, A.J. and Justin worked long days to get the job done and didn't stop until everything was a 100% to me and my wife's liking. It looks like a brand new house we could not be happier with it.

Justin was able to answer all of our questions and show us different options for window replacement during the consultation appointment. It was so helpful! Then, when it was time for installation, he and his crew were professional and worked diligently to get the job done right in just 2 days. Porter Family Contracting have just completed installing a new roof, 7 Velux skylights and gutters for me at 11Tuscany Road in Aston. Roy Porter gave me a very good price for this job which I really do appreciate. They were very professional and extremely fast too. The crew of 7 people worked like a well oiled machine up there and were all very friendly. I was really impressed with how well they cleaned up too. It was as if they weren’t there. During the winter months and in the midst of heavy rain - turned to snow, we had a nasty leak in a rental property we own in Paoli. I contacted Porter Family Contracting to assess the leak & work to be done. They took the extra time to find where the leaks were coming from, gave us an estimate for a new roof & some minor interior repairs. We agreed on the price, and they replaced the entire roof and repaired some interior walls without ANY issues whatsoever. They worked around the tenants, were courteous, efficient in getting the job done, AND their cost was very reasonable considering the working conditions too. We have a complete beautiful exterior thanks to Porter Family construction. No one chooses to have stucco problems but Porter Family Construction were very thorough in their analysis and recommendations. They were also helpful, friendly approachable from beginning to end. We never felt pressured to make any decisions, they gave us time and a good perspective on the pro's and con's of each choice we had to make. This was a big project with many moving parts, but Justin and AJ always communicated what was happening next and always kept us up to date. They are a truly professional team. Very unprofessional. Showed up at my house to give an estimate and did not even get on the roof once he heard I was not going through Home Owners. Said if it was a small job requiring calk he did not have the material and would come back- his office was around the corner and he never came back. Got a phone call back stating they were booked through Sept. Took a day off from work when I could have called another roofer. I even sent the inspectors pictures and report detailing the work that needed to be done. He did not even review it. Waste of time and unprofessional. Don't waste your time!

I hired Porter Family Contracting to install new siding, add new windows, replace old windows and install a new sliding glass door to replace a regular door. Great experience with PFC. They redid my roof last year and so far its been great. Roy's a fair guy, when he came for the estimate he pointed to 2 other houses within eyesight and said, "I did all their roofs, so you can ask around about me." I did. All my neighbors who have used Porter had great things to say. He gave me a great price (beat 2 other regional companies) and rolled with it when weather and unexpected complications on the job came up.

We originally were put in touch with Roy Porter by a friend of ours. We had a leak in a bedroom wall/ceiling that we originally thought was related to siding/gutters. We had the siding/gutters replaced by another contractor but that did not fix the problem. Roy was quickly able to identify the problem with our roof (resulting from improperly installed solar panels). From the time that we contracted with Porter Famiky Contracting until the completion of the job, they acted in an efficient and professional manner. The tear-off and installation of our new roof occurred in 3 days. Both Roy and Justin were available to explain what was going on and to answer all of our questions. They were very careful to protect our plants and cleaned up afterwards. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and friends.

I meet with Mr Porter after receiving my estimate from the sales rep. We sat down at my kitchen table and went through each line item of the estimate. He was very pleasant, professional, and courtesy during the discussion. I agreed to the work to be done at the price quoted knowing his price was better then 3 other roofing companies. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service. The crew arrived early, worked non stop in to the evening and cleaned up every speck of debris and nails from ground. I contacted Porter Family Contracting because of a leaky roof on my shed and the wood on the inside of the shed roof had become damaged and moldy. Roy responded to my inquiry and came out within one day to look at the damage. Since both my shed roof and house roof had been done at the same time 19 years ago I asked for a quote on both roofs. After receiving the quote I told Roy I wanted his company to do the job. He was in contact with me during the whole process and I also asked him to replace the siding on a dormer while they were doing the house roof. The crew respected my property and cleaned up every day. I highly recommend them and will contact them first for any other contracting jobs I may have.

We lucked out when a tree fell on our garage and our Insurance company called Porter Family Contracting. They did such a great job with the repairs that we hired them to do other work as well on the rest of the house with larger gutters, rebuilding our sunroom, and installing new siding (James Hardy cement board) on the whole house. We couldn’t be happier. The team working was super friendly and cleaned up every day. They made sure everything was done right or they would do it over.
