Pierce Total Comfort provides top notch service. My appointment was scheduled and Gary and Michael came to service our Air Conditioner that was not keeping our house cool. During this end of summer heat they responded promptly fixing my A/C and providing a detailed analysis of the issue. I appreciated their courteous manner while they were here. I have dogs so rather than taking a short cut through my house, they walked around the house outside to not disturb us inside. I will continue to use Pierce Total Comfort and highly recommend them.

Be advised that Pierce Total Comfort will provide you services that you don't need, get you false estimates about total charges, and over charge for services rendered. My realtor and I had a miserable experience with Pierce Total Comfort. Following our bad experience, the owner agreed to refund some of our monies but lied and never did. Be careful trusting this vendor/service provider.

Wow, Is all I can say. Well I am going to elaborate , Gary came out to my home My AC Was not working he advised me the unit was gone well after all it is 24 years old what can I expect . So the news was not good news for me, as at the time budget was a serious issue . He replaced the ac unit and told me i would get a few more years out of my old furnace thank god.. After few years the furnace needed replace so he replaced it wow he really understood our budget and worked within our budget without a pushy attitude just to make a sale.. Great Job , My Hats off to the team @ Pierce Total Comfort.. Ken

Got the best rate from Gary to replace power vent gas water heater, got a date/time that worked well for me. The crew came (Jeff & Dan), did a great job and installed the new units. I appreciated the attention to details and mechanically doing things correctly and you can tell they're proud of the work and the service they provide. That goes a long way.

They take off their shoes when they enter your home, clean up after themselves and confirm everything is working properly before leaving. I was so impressed with this company from beginning to end! I needed my fireplace serviced as it was no longer generating much heat. I heard about Pierce Total Comfort from neighbors on our neighborhood website. He had awesome reviews and they were on the mark! First, Kristen (who does scheduling), was amazing, kind and helpful. Gary, the owner, was super impressive. Our communication was excellent and they were on time which was much appreciated. Gary introduced himself with a handshake and business card, came with drop cloths, assistants to help, and Rob, (his contractor) in case I needed the surround or hearth re-built. They did a careful & thorough clean-up job, gave a prompt and itemized estimate to get my fireplace insulated at a later date...I could go on and on. He spent about 2 hours cleaning out the gas fireplace, the ashes from the "coals", re-organizing the logs, cleaning the glass, surprising me by adding magic "ember dust" to give it that real fire, ember glowing experience (this stuff is awesome and I love it), putting it on a remote for me, etc. I can no longer hear the blower it is so quiet & I have more heat coming out in 5 minutes than I did in 1 hour! I cannot say enough how fabulous they are!!! His assistants were all great, no one sat around wasting time or even chit chatting - they all went right to work. Everyone was exceptionally respectful of my home, worked hard and was very pleasant. I had so much cold air coming through the vents of the fireplace that my living room was 4-5 degrees cooler than the rest of the house so I needed the fireplace insulated. I made an appointment for them to return to work on that project and again, everyone was on time and had all the tools and supplies they needed to get the job done. Rob and his assistants were awesome! They put down drop cloths everywhere, removed and disposed of old fireplace surround and hearth, patched and spackled drywall, etc. (My fireplace is hermetically sealed now :)! No more drafts and my living room is so much warmer! This company is amazing! You will short change yourself if you call anyone else for your fireplace needs!!!

This service location is awesome! I had an issue with my AC on a Friday before a holiday weekend and they sent someone out right away. Without them, I would have been suffering durring the heat wave. They fixed the issue I had in no time at all and the rate was reasonable.

I am converting my home over to gas. Gary, Chris and the gang at Pierce Total Comfort installed a gas fireplace insert into my home. They installed the insert and all the plumbing necessary into my home. They also installed a 6 outlet gas manifold with individual shut off valves for my future gas appliances. They were able to do this all in one day.They were very efficient and kept my home clean. They were very courteous and polite. My wife and i are very pleased with their service. I would recommend Pierce Total Comfort to anyone looking for a good honest HVAC contractor. We will use them for our future gas appliance installations.

Recently we had a fireplace insert replaced. The installation crew was on time and professional. They used drop clothes and cleaned up after the installation was completed. Our new fireplace insert is fabulous. We highly recommend Pierce to our friends and will continue to use their services.
