Even though we realised immediately that this product was out of our desired price range, Craig was extremely professional and courteous. He measured each window, then sat down and gave me a detailed quote with several payment options. I cannot express how much I appreciate this way of conducting business. I've dealt with so many other companies in my life who throw a bunch of numbers around to confuse the buyer, then wear you down and aggressively offer a "special deal". It makes me sick, the price should be the price should be the price should the price, regardless of WHEN you decide to buy it or what neighborhood you live in. Sadly we have to postpone our home project after our financial reality check but I still think Pella offers a superior product with upfront, honest, and exceptionally professional sales reps.
