Don't bother going here for parts support. Unlike what they claim on their webpage, they are unable and unwilling to help. When I stopped by this morning, there was no "experienced window and door professional to assist me to get my problem fixed" as again, their own web page claims. The gentleman who was present representing Pella, said he didn't write that. All I needed was help to identify the correct weatherstrip for my doors so I would know what to order. So don't waste your time going here, you have to call the parts department in Maryland.

We love our new windows! From start to finish, this has been a wonderful experience. John, our salesman, was the best. Whenever I called him with a question he always answered the phone or returned my call right away- rare these days. The whole project was done on schedule and without any issues. The crew that came out for the installation were great. They were extremely personable, but more importantly they were professional. They took great care to protect my home during the construction, they cleaned up before they left each day (it was a two day job- 16 windows) and were punctual. Their work is first rate. John came out during the install to see how it was going and to make sure we were satisfied with everything. He really made it clear that our satisfaction was his top priority. I know I sound like I am gushing and everything I’m writing is super positive but I truly have nothing bad about this experience. These guys are great. It couldn’t have gone any better.

We love our new windows!! After checking out other companies , we decided to choose pella. We certainly made the right choice. The windows we had installed were a new install in our dinning room. At first i had been very apprehensive with having my wall cut and the outside siding taken down to install the windows. After meeting with the installer before the installed, i was confident the job would be done right. He took the time to explain the process, addressed my concerns and answer many questions i had. The quality of the windows live up to what was told to us by the sales person and brochures In the past we have been disappointed in products and installs that we have done. Jason Booz & Jyoti Tulsian installed my four-panel window doors. They were respectful and professional. It took two days for them to complete the installation. The window doors are huge. They answered all my questions and tried their best to solve any issue that I made. Most of all, I like them enjoying their work. After two days of work, they visited one more time to put a small piece that was missing (it was a small part in one of the door handles). They generously resolved two requests of mine (i.e., corking the interior trim and cleaning one of the inner windows). I do not want to get any further service for my new window doors but I would like to have them if a problem occurs in the future.
