Lattanzio Electric is a first class outfit all of the way. Steve was very responsive to coming out and giving an estimate. The estimate was more than competitive and was accepted. Steve and crew showed up,on time at the scheduled date and time and worked diligently throughout the day. When he had a choice to work a little longer to complete the job or to schedule some more time another day he elected to work through and complete the job. Kept the work areas clean and respected the cleanliness in the rest of the house. Very polite and explained all the work to be done and explained the bill in great detail. I have used him before and will certainly use again if the need arises.

This company installed electric and lighting on front porch of our old farmhouse. They had to run all new wire and Stephen visited first to tell me how they would do it with minimal holes through our plaster walls and cedar siding. He even recommended some methods that would cost less. They did a great job: no holes to repair and they were very clean. We now have an outlet, a hanging light, and a wall light that all work on indoor switches. He has also done other installation projects in our old house which can be a challenge!

I was not happy with his improper installation of our new $$$ bath fan. Little bits of plaster fall down every time we use it. He called me to tell me during the job that there was a clearance issue and he had to trim a metal bracket. I assumed that meant the metal bracket hangers they usually include with these. He actually cut the housing and installed it wrong, voiding the warranty. Stephen said the fan wouldnt fit without cutting away metal from the housing and it won't affect performance. Not one to admit being wrong, he blamed the problem on my old house. That's not professional. Will not use again!

Steve and Collin did an extensive amount of electrical work for me. They did a great job and I will be using them again. They installed an exterior outlet, took down an old light fixture in my kitchen and installed recessed lights, replaced a fan and three light fixtures inside, and installed vanity lighting in a bathroom that had some wiring challenges due to a former owner's less than skillful remodeling work. They showed up on time early in the morning and worked a long day, well after 7:00 to get the job done. They were courteous and pleasant the entire time. I felt that the price was reasonable for the excellent work that they did. Thanks again Steve & Collin!
