The GAF roof shingles installed by Kirkin Exteriors on our home was done professionally, on time, and according to our agreement. Our site manager, Andrew was very accommodating and willing to answer all my questions. Our lawn, as well as our neighbors properties were all cleaned up and checked for nails. The owner personally came to do the estimate, would answer all my questions when I called him and they showed up on time, did a fantastic job and the foreman even sent pictures during the process to show me which boards needed replacing. They left the jobsite clean and even worked with me on a payment schedule. They are so professional and dependable, I am having them come back to replace all my windows next month.

I found Kirkin in one of the mailer advertisements. I called for a free quote and they came out the next day. We ended up getting all new gutters put on the house the next week. Came out a second time at no charge bc the leak still needed a tiny bit more work. Overall, good experience!

Spent $500 ($350 on fixing and repair +$150 on water test) but the roof still leaks!!!!! Btw, it is the same spot that I asked them to fix! After 2 visits, the problem is still there. Now they do not fix it anymore. Suggested for the roof replacement which costs $2000. What???? They took my money and the result is still the same as I didn’t even fix it. Never again! I hired another contractor and they fixed the problem! No more leak! No expensive roof replacement neither. Never use this company again Thank you for the quick response from the company with the correction on the price but it still doesn’t change the facts on my review: - I paid for the repair and water test (too see the leak). Btw, 2 different areas (Roof and deck) for the water test. I paid for the repair in 1 area (the roof). - the leak on my ceiling was getting bigger and crack even after 2 visits from the company. - no more repair but suggesting for replacement for the entire roof!!!!! - did not go with the repair with the deck repair after the result for the roof repair. Who would ???? - paid another company to come and took care of it completely!!!!! Note: technicians are polite and nice. But It doesn’t change the fact that my roof was leaked.

Kirkins was a good experience for me. I had a roof put on by another company and I had nothing but trouble. Kirkins fixed the job and made it right. Dan was awesome to deal with and helpful through out my whole process. I was super skeptical since I had a previous bad experience and everyone at Kirkins was totally understanding and extra helpful due to my prior circumstances and bad experience with a different company. Tina and all the scheduling coordinators were great to deal with and made the process easy and delightful. The clean up was also very good. The technicians are great as well! I had their technicians fix a piece of my siding that was damaged and they did a great job and were very professional. I would consider this company for a siding job too in the future. Kirkin Roofing came out to seal some nail heads on a roof and do a repair on a botched repair by another company who incorrectly uninstalled and sealed holes left behind from removing solar panels. Kirkin staff (both in office and contractor) was courteous, knowledgeable, clean, timely, and did an all around fantastic job for a great price. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

We had our roof replaced by Kirkin last summer on what seemed like the hottest day of the year. The crew came early, took a break during the hottest part, and completed the job in one day. Very few nails and tar paper were found after their cleanup, which ended after it turned dark. They were very careful with my plants with no resulting damage. We would definitely recommend Kirkin. From the first visit for the estimate to the final inspection the following day, the employees and crew were great. The roof, and new skylights look great! Thanks Kirkin!

Thanks to my neighbor who recommended that I call Dan from Kirkin to do my roof, I couldn't have found better Company to replace the roof. From the first day I became a customer with Kirkin Roofing Company until my job was complete my experience was excellent in the customer service aspect of the job. Dan the owner responded to my call almost immediately, and he came out to assess the job himself. I was so excited to here him say he would fit me into his schedule even though it was full and the weather was fighting against us. November is an unpredictable month and we had heavy rains and wind which threw his schedule off but he managed to get the job done right on time, because I had some major issues that couldn't have taken another bad storm. Kirkin Exteriors is the best! Our first experience with Kirkin Exteriors was with a back porch with a leaky roof. We had multiple roofers come out to take a look, work on it, and claim the leak was fixed. Since it only leaked during heavier rains it appeared to be fixed until another heavy rain occurred when it became obvious the leak hadn’t been fixed. It was so frustrating! Then, we had Kirkin Exteriors come out and take a look. Dan and his crew were able to figure out why the roof was leaking and fixed the problem! That was 2 years ago and still no leak! After a couple winters of placing plastic over some of our old windows to keep drafts out and windowsills on our second floor that were in obvious need of attention, we decided to replace our windows and have the window frames and sills wrapped. After experiencing the fabulous workmanship Kirkin Exteriors provided on our roof, it was a no-brainer that we wanted them to install the new windows in our home. Dan came out the day after contacting them, measured our windows and showed us the types of windows to choose from. He took his time with us and answered any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. The pricing was lower than friends we talked to who also had windows installed by another company. The installation was done as planned. The installers were friendly, explained the work they were doing, and cleaned up any mess they made. Not only are our new windows beautiful, but I’m sitting in a cozy, warm house, on this cold, windy day, with no plastic on the windows or any draft! Thank you Kirkin Exteriors for your excellent workmanship, friendly service, and cleanliness!
