Well structured, excellent communication, awesome teamwork, amazing business. Frank Devonshire G.C came mentioned by a coworker of mine. I was in need of some concrete work for the both front and back of my house. When they came out for the estimate it seemed simple enough...until weeks later when the job started. The guys ran into a little issue with the back yard patio; when they went to tear it up- it was discovered that there parts remaining from the previous concrete pad; that must had been from the 2nd homeowner. With some well thought out discussion between frank, his guys and myself we were able to work it into their existing work. Thankfully we did. It did take an extra day to complete but it was well worth it!!! Keep it up Frank Devonshire and team!!!

We hired Frank Devonshire to do our roof and at that time we also had explained to him that we had a contractor building addition which the roof was unlevel with the existing house and really look bad we had a lot of leaks in this area, I asked Frank Devonshire To level the roof off and fixed it so that you could barely tell that there was any kind of an addition built to the existing house . They did a beautiful job on our new roof. Devonshire also did a French door on the rear of our home. They also remodeled our powder room. All work that they do is above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Devonshire contracting for all jobs big and small.

Absolutely the best experience we ever had. Frank designed and built an addition on our Newcastle home. Total cost came in somewhere around $70,000 but we thought it would be much more with all the extras but Frank worked with us to make sure we were able to afford it. I was having issues with rain collecting in my backyard and was dealing with it for years..I finally broke down and made the call to Frank Deovnshire. I was referred to frank by my niece (S.B) she spoke highly of their work. Frank and his team came out, prepared a thorough estimate answered all my questions and within a few weeks I was getting a well deserved and beautiful french drain. These guys are TERRIBLE!!!!!! They promise to have the job done by a certain date and do not live up to their promises. They spent over 4 months just doing trim on my small addition, which they DID NOT FINISH!!! Their employ are rude and sit around and do nothing. I even caught one literally SLEEPING ON THE JOB!!!! The owner Frank is NOT a nice man or very professional for that matter! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, AND agrivation and hire someone else entirely!!!!!

Frank Devonshire G.C hands down the best contracting company i have used in a while. I was referred by a friend of mine... she highly spoke of this company. Anyway, I had a deck that was small and was not in the best condition and I knew I either wanted to tear it down and build a new one or do some repairs on it that would make it suitable. Right away from the phone call to schedule the estimate to the day that Frank Devonshire came out, to the proposal that i received; I was very impressed. All I can say is that frank took all the stress and second guesses I had about which would be better option for the deck away. This old, rotten, slightly slanted deck was torn down completely and replace with this beautiful trex decking. That has been the topic of discussion at a few house parties I have hosted!!! Awesome work, beautiful craftsmanship, amazing customer service, fantastic teamwork!
