We are extremely pleased and impressed with the HVAC System that was installed last week by Tom and Andy from the Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company. Tom and Andy arrived in two very impressive and attractive Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning Company vehicles, and ahead of their scheduled arrival time, which to us, were immediate signs of professionalism. After Tom and Andy assessed the most suitable and practical method of replacing our old HVAC system, inside and outside, they began installing the heating system. Tom and Andy took a great deal of care, and pride in installing and integrating the heating system in a very complicated location. They were very careful to install the system in a manner that maintained the integrity and aesthetics of our home, which we so appreciate. Without a doubt, Jim’s knowledge of HVAC systems is clear and evident. His replacement proposal for a new HVAC system was, very reasonable, and very fair. Jim is detailed and his follow-up exceptional. Jim exudes the utmost in integrity, and professionalism, caring and concern. Five Stars!! One for being on time! showed up right away! One for being super friendly and professional One for taking time to teach me about my boiler (new home owner) One for doing great work! One for great price, and not trying to sell me anything I didn't need!! I am new to Delaware state and was not sure who to call to come look at my home boiler/furnace saw they good reviews figured they probably helped influence the ratings since they have all 5 stars. However, after having Matt come out and work on it, I don't have enough good things to say about Enhanced!! Five Stars all the way so happy to have such a great first experience as a home owner with Enhanced Heating!

Andrew came out today only three hours after we called and had us up and running in an hour. The price was reasonable and fair. He was considerate of the house too - wore shoe covers inside and was quiet when he found out there was a baby sleeping. Andrew fixed the unit and then took the extra step of cleaning up the wires to make sure we didn't have issues the future. Thank you, Enhanced and Andrew for helping us out on such short notice!

Our air conditioning system suddenly started making strange sounds. We turned it off, and searched for an AC company to assist us. We found Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning (EHAC) through Home Advisor. We received a quick appointment, at a reasonable cost for the visit. Andrew, the technician was courteous, informative and professional as he performed a thorough review of my air conditioning system. All possible causes for the experience we had were explained to me during the visit. Even though the problem didn't occur during the visit, I won't hesitate to call Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning should the problem arise again.

I called them this morning about my AC problem. April answered the phone and explained the process and fees clearly to me and told me that someone would be there in 20 minutes. And Ed arrived in 20 minutes!II Ed is very professional and knowledgeable and informative. The issue appears not repairable and I am in the process of working with the company to order replacement parts. Would definitely recommend enhanced heating & air to anyone. Ed is the star.

Excellent Excellent service!! I am so grateful for this company. We have been without heat for a little over a week. Over the weekend we had another company come out (recommended by family), but they could not fix the issue because they did not have the parts on their truck. They also recommended that I call the manufacturer since the part should be covered under warranty. Anyway fast forward to Monday I started looking for another company and came across Enhance, because I did not trust what the first company told me was the issue. So I called Enhance and was told the earliest they could come out was Wednesday due to the cold weather. I said that is totally fine. Today Ed came out and did a phenomenal job first diagnosing what the problem was (which was not what the first company told me it was), then actually fixing the problem. He also showed me what caused the problem. May I also add at a very very reasonable price! We are so grateful for them and will be using them for our maintenance services going forward. Thank you Edward and team at Enhance!! Highly recommend their services!!

I had a great experience with this company. Had a hot memorial day weekend and kicked on the AC for the first time this year and shortly after we noticed water was leaking around the unit. I saw other reviews of this company on google and gave them a shot. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. Matt, the technician that arrived at my door well within the hour window given, got a run down of what was going on and past problems/repairs to our AC unit. He did a thorough diagnostic and found that everything appeared in good order. He then took a look at the evaporator coil and saw that it was completely covered with dust and hair. At that point he showed me the issue and what was happening inside the unit because of this. He was able to not only clean the coil, but do a phenomenal job eliminating the cause of the problem in the first place (the filter was on the other side of a wall and the unit had been sucking insulation/dust/hair in from between the drywall). Matt took the time to make metal inserts to block the debris and create a clear channel for the air. He also took the time to explain several different options available to allow me to pick the best option available for the situation and my budget. He worked for over two hours and the bill was much less then I feared. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! I just want to note that I am receiving no compensation for this review this is a great company and more people should be considering it as an option.

August 10, 2016 I purchased my new gas heater and air conditioner about 5 years ago, and have been extremely happy with both systems since the beginning. Recently, I noticed an unusual noise when the air conditioner started up. Service Tech Matt Kron diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. Andrew provided expert service installing the new motor I needed (under warranty). Great experience with this company the tech that was dispatched to my location in less than a hour. I have contacted a few other companies that promised me same day service but never showed up. The tech that arrived at my location was kind, friendly and professional. Andy was faced with a complicated job where my previous burner gave out and the new one was installed incorrectly with loose wires everywhere. Andy stated that this is a mess but he is going to make sure that I have heat before he leaves. Andy delivered on what he promised and would recommend Andy to anyone. Very pleasant experience with this company, from the first phone call to the tech that came to my house. All work was done to my satisfaction, the price was fair and everything was done in the time scheduled. They even called and gave me a half hour notice! I will use this company in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I called to make an appointment to address an overly cold room in the house, the person who I spoke to was kind enough first to ask me some questions to determine if the problem would be an easy fix that he could walk me through for free (ie, opening a damper if it was closed), then recommended an annual maintenance appointment ($79) instead of a diagnostic call ($69 just to come out). I called on a Tuesday in November and they had appointments available as early as the next day. I was given a 2 hour time range for when to expect the technician, and received a phone call 30 minutes before he arrived. The technician, Matt Kron, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He had the added benefit of experience in my development with the original installation of the HVAC system (don't know if he was with Enhanced at the time, but the point is he was well versed with the typical systems installed in my neighborhood). He explained a lot without making me feel at a huge disadvantage for knowing less and offered a number of ways to address the problem, mostly aimed at the best way to use and maintain my system, but also pros and cons of upgrades I could contemplate. I set up the annual membership without any fuss or waste of time and will be using Enhanced again next year for my annual preventive maintenance.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are that we found you on the internet. First, you were able to send Ed out within 4 hours after we called to trouble shoot our A/C which had stopped working the evening before and the house was very uncomfortable. Second, Ed was very professional and kept us updated as he proceeded to trouble shoot, replace the defective parts and service the unit. Hottest day of year find out my house ac isn't cooling the house. Heat pump doesn't appear to be working. Called Enhanced Heating and AC after hours Thursday before memorial day weekend. Left a message, someone called me right back they were at my front door at 9:30 AM the next morning. Andy introduced himself, was very professional and went right to work. Within about 15-20 minutes figured out it was the breaker. He made sure no other issues with our unit and we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday weekend. Replaced the evaporator coil at 1/3 the cost Horizon was charging. Replaced the 2 ton 24,000 btu with a more efficient 3 ton 36,000 btu. Extremely satisfied with the service i received from them. Very Highly recommended!
