They were to come for a afternoon job Told not to come in the morning The showed up at 8:30 am with out calling first we told them not to come back if they can't tell time they where not someone we would trust to do our home

I was very please with my salesmen Mr. Nouhra who came into my home and spoke to me about my needs of his company. I needed insulation in my attic, he did not know I had another salesmen that didn't do what he did. He got into a very small hole to look around, no other salesmen did that. They just stuck there head inside the hole. When Mr Nouhra went up inside my attic, he found a problem with a bathroom fan vent . I appreciate him going beyond his job to see other concern that was needed. When the insulation men got to my home they took off there shoes to walk into my house. They were very kind, and most of all they put insulation in my attic that had hardly none. I am very happy with this company, and I will let other know.

Michelle needs to take a customer service course. She gives wrong information and when you call her out on it, she tries to twist it around and blame the customer.
