Extremely professional. Great showroom rep with a great eye for design and accent. The other guys behind the desk are busy doing work so leave them to it, they are on the clock and are making things happen, so don't expect them to tell you how to install tile or talk about the weather. Know what you want, do your research before hand (or at least have a rough idea) and you will have a great experience.

If I could give lesss that one star I would. Got to the showroom at 7:55 with my daughter to pick out tile for or shower. Even though they list being open at 7:30 no one was there to help us. I went into the door to the contractor side to see if anyone could help us and, "she is suppossed to be in at 8 so she sould be any minute" After ten minutes we drove to a couple other places which didn't open until 9, when we drove back to DA tile there was still no one in the showroom, I wasnt going to beg to get waited on. Probably a great place if you are a contractor, but if you come off the street good luck. I went because my contractor sent me there, I guess its on to Lowes next.

Some of the worst service I have received. My uncle's order shipped to him was incorrect so he asked me to go and pickup the correct materials locally as he needed them ASAP. I was ignored when I got there, had to ask for assistance, and then argued with when I tried to pick up the correct materials. Very unprofessional... to the point that I felt I should let the public know. Maybe they treat their contractors better.

The female sales person seemed annoyed to be bothered by a customer and did not offer any help whatsoever. The company lost a sell, any future business, and the “word of mouth” advertising is not going to be good.

When we asked her some questions about various tile she acted put out and seemed to be too busy eating her crackers. I need tile for a 500 square foot project. This is not a tile store for DIYers. They cater to the home builder contractors. There were few creative pieces and the colors were mostly grey, browns, and white. They prefer appointments when you come in. I was there to browse and when I said I'd bring my husband back to look at their tiles the receptionist said, "Oh, you need to make an appointment. If I'm with a client I can't help you." I told her we'd be browsing. I will say, a review from a contractor will probably be better to balance my comment. Daltile could be the perfect place for them to come in and get what they need and leave.

Recommended to make appt with designer thru your chosen contractor, who will quote prices after visit. Tile sample boards loans for take home inspection available, they request prompt return. We found designer to be well informed, courteous & helpful ... also quite patient. You don't get expertise & assistance like this at big box stores. Easy parking & access, showroom hours limited to business days.

Purchased two pallets of porcelain tile for my basement two years ago through a dealer who purchased from Daltile. Within 6 months I started noticing small blisters in a particular spot on some of the tile. My dealer took too long to report to Daltile so the warranty was expired. Everyone agrees that it is a manufacturing defect but Daltile refuses to do anything. Just buy your tile from a big box store. They will refund without such a hassle, you can take extra back, and it can't possibly be more junk than what I got.

My husband and I were excited as we saw some tiles that we both liked. A woman finally came over to help us and asked us if we had a contractors licence, we replied no. We weren't aware that the public could not buy from them as we were just referred to go to this place for more of a selection. The sales associate or receptionist was rude. As my husband politely asked her questions, she was short with him. Will never recommend this place to any of our friends or contractors just because your customer service sucks.

Wow, these guys are rude! I went in there looking for a piece of bullnose tile to match a tile sample I brought in. The lady at the front asked me what kind of bullnose I was looking for and I told her I didn't know there was more than one type. Instead of teaching me the difference between the different types she just started naming all of the industry terms off without showing pictures or trying to describe what each was. I told her I wasn't sure what those terms meant and that I'm clueless when it comes to tile so I'd need to see pictures or something. At that point, she told me, "I can't help you." And then went back to what she was doing. I'm sure this place is ok if you're a tile professional but if you're someone from the general public, I'd steer clear

My wife and I went into the showroom and were helped by a very nice sales lady. She gave us suggestions on our install and use of tile edging using the Kerdi-Schluter system. She told us that if we wanted more advice, we should go over to the contractors area and they would have more suggestions as to instillation. We stood at the counter waiting for some help. There was one person on the phone, another was right there at the counter packing a box, and another standing at the counter looking at paperwork. And we stood there without one indication from any of them of acknowledgement. They simply ignored us. After approximately five minutes of standing within just feet from them, we left. I will never go into that facility again. They are rude and don't care.

Daltile is incredibly unprofessional and have poor customer service. When my family was building a house we went through them. (Not our choice) After we initially had all of our tile picked out we decided to make a few changes. We went in to make a few changes and they changed the order form in a very disorganized matter which caused the tilers to mess up several times while tiling our house. When we called to talk to Daltile about it they refused to take blame and eventually told us that they had wiped their hands of us and it wasn't there problem anymore. They do not keep copies of their order forms so if a mistake is made they have no reference to follow. I would NEVER recommend going through this company!

If you're looking for full slabs of granite countertops than they have a good selection for you, decent prices and decent selection. Don't go here if you want to buy tile or do any work yourself they won't sell you anything. Just FYI. Send a contractor to pick up anything you need. If you have a contractor and you need to pick out tile for your job than they may have what you need so check them out.

After going there, I ran into good luck, or maybe everyone that visits this professional floors store has that ultimate feeling as my experience with a very personable female, and I am kinda sure her name was Valerie. Well when leaving, I didn't need to go anywhere else....GREAT!

My wife and I went into the showroom and were helped by a very nice sales lady. She gave us suggestions on our install and use of tile edging using the Kerdi-Schluter system. She told us that if we wanted more advice, we should go over to the contractors area and they would have more suggestions as to instillation. We stood at the counter waiting for some help. There was one person on the phone, another was right there at the counter packing a box, and another standing at the counter looking at paperwork. And we stood there without one indication from any of them of acknowledgement. They simply ignored us. After approximately five minutes of standing within just feet from them, we left. I will never go into that facility again. They are rude and don't care.

If you are looking for help with tile, this is a great place to go. Very knowledgeable people. Be aware that if it is not in stock, you will have to order the materials. Their back stockroom also has sales price items, but they are in limited supply.
