Matt and his team did a FANTASTIC job for us on our sizable (and challenging) commercial project. We took over an old bait shop with a number of obstacles to contend with. Matt helped us transform the space into a showcase that we couldn't be more proud of. Matt worked through each one of our requests, challenges, and obstacles with patience, skill, and creative problem solving. When we asked to run all the conduit exposed on the walls, he not only went the extra miles to help us determine the most cost effective approach, but he made it look like a work of art when it was all done. He estimated accurately. He showed up when he said he would. He communicated regularly throughout the project. He charged fair and reasonable prices. He caught issues and gave us options. Highly recommend Coastal Services. They power-washed our 4-story townhome this week, the decks look beautiful. Dave showed up exactly on time, ready to go. We have a total of 5 decks, one is a screen porch, accessible only thru the house. Whenever Dave had to come into the house, he took off his boots, put all his equipment into plastic bags, so no dripping in the house. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely use Coastal Services again, for power-washing and any other service. Will be putting contact info into our homeowner's association website.

I had a water leak from a Bidet. I called Coastal Services on weekend and got a fast response from George , the owner, to schedule a repair appointment on Monday. Tristan, the technician plumber, showed up first thing on Monday morning. He could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it in no time. They fixed a pipe for me and then the AC started cutting off because the pipe was not draining properly. They sent someone twice to fix it twice unsuccessfully and then when it went out again for the third time they didn't have anyone to send out of fix it. Had to call another company to fix their mistakes. Owner is not even a plumber......he is an electrician.

Had a garbage disposal (electrical and plumbing) installed, plus they put in an outdoor outlet for us! They were able to quickly come out for an estimate, and within a few days the job was done! Super happy with their work and everything about it was easy! Highly recommend them!

Coastal Services did an excellent job in renovating our condo at Sea Colony. The work included a full makeover of the kitchen and two bathrooms and the installation of a two new external sliding doors. The cost was competitive, and the work was done on time and consistent with the estimates. When we had an unexpected change in the project manager, the owner stepped in himself to ensure that the project was completed on time and to a high standard. The Coastal Services team was great to work with; they were very responsive to our many questions and to the changes we requested during the renovation process. Our heat pump just wore out so we chose them to install the new unit and they’ve been extremely responsive even during this busy season.

I called on a Thursday to schedule a power washing for our front and back decks and they said they might be able to take care of it either late Friday or Monday. When we arrived at our condo Friday at 6pm the decks were already done and looked great. Excellent service and response, thanks!

We own a second property at the beach and often times I am there without my husband. When things go wrong (exploding water pipes, new HVAC in the middle of the summer, new hot water heater, backed up plumbing) George and his team respond incredibly fast. I trust them to work in my home without me having to be present. When you have no AC or hot water in the middle of the summer, you're loosing precious time with family and friends. Coastal Services understands this and makes your problems a priority. We have been 100% satisfied with every aspect of service - from plumbing, to HVAC, to roof repair. I trust Coastal Services to give me an honest approach to solving problems in my home.

Coastal Services is amazing! I called in need of a plumber on a Saturday afternoon, and I had one at my door on Monday morning. George, the owner, was extremely accommodating with my tight schedule, and John, the plumber could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to make the repairs that I needed. I would highly recommend them!

We had winterization of a small beachhouse in Dewey Beach. We were quoted $120 which is ok for 30 minutes ..work. Two months later we were told $185. We would never had a company out for this high fee. Secondly he told us he could not shut off the outdoor water valve. So we said we would call for another opinion. Surprisely he got the valve to turn off the water to the house . this certainly looks like bait and switch. Warning before any work from Coastal have the quote WRITTEN. Really disappointed with this company. Chamber of Commerce wants us to document this bc too many small companies are doing this ....work really not needed and the old bait and switch as they snicker

Had a electrical issue I could not figure out so I asked on facebook for recommendations and they received the most. Called and scheduled an appointment and they were on time, even a little early. Jim did a great job and was in and out in about a hour, will use again.

They added a 20% markup on the invoice that they did not mention on the phone. They also charge $70.00 for a lb of freon that cost around $5.00 per pound retail price. Would not trust or recommend
