My job was not easy and that’s an understatement! The project was to insulate an antique pole barn with closed cell insulation leaving all rafters and beams exposed. The prep job was miraculous! I went through the Energize, Ct. program and had them go through my house and make it more energy efficient. Sky properties then insulated my basement and attic. The guys who did the work were totally professional, efficient and nice. The work was well done and everything was cleaned up when they left. My heating bill is down by over 1/3 since they insulated. I am totally content with what they did and I would highly recommend them. (All the work they did for me had sizable rebates which I received in a timely manner.) Thanks for the great work!

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They understand what a home owner is looking for and tries to accommodate as much as possible. The work that was done was way above and beyond my expectations. They insulated my basement ceiling with closed cell spray foam and it has had a major impact on my energy consumption.

The crew that performed it was very knowledgeable and eager to answer our questions and give us the advice we were looking for. Per their recommendation after the audit, we wanted to add some insulation to our attic. We hired them back to do the job. The crew that did that job also did a great job. They were respectful and professional and left the project area as clean as when they came in. We also were able to receive rebates for the work they did with the help of Sky Property Services. When I first reached out to them I did so because my insurance company had given me a list of things that I needed to fix on my home. They came out, reviewed the job, and gave me a quote within 24 hours. Then I had to put him on hold for three months while I sorted out Insurance issues. They were super patient through the entire process, and when I finally got the green light, and the guys were ready to go. The job was done on time and quickly, and despite a small bump in the road, got everything done when he said he would. He also called me back twice way after hours (like, 9 p.m.) to answer questions I had about their timeline. If you're looking for a courteous and responsible crew that does great work, look no further.

We searched for a spray foam insulation company in our part of the state, NE tip of CT, although we are not "in their area" Sky Properties returned our email and gave us a very reasonable quote to get the walls of a barn insulated. They were very prompt and took care of everything from prepping the walls and floor to cleaning up after the process was complete. The crew (Mike and Bob) that came out, were friendly and professional. We were impressed as they spent the entire day at the property, during the heat of summer and were cheerful throughout even though they were looking at a 2+ hour ride home. We could not have been happier with the results. We were so impressed with the results on our walls, that we had them back to insulate the roof and then the floor. The barn is now insulated and structurally more solid now than we could have asked for. We were very happy with the results and could not have asked for a better company and its people to work with. A++++++ for cost, service and professionalism. If we ever need any more insulating to take place, Sky Property will be our only call.

Very honest, professional and did a great job the 1st time. My roof had several leaks and flashing that needed to be repaired. It rained heavily within 2 days of the roof being completed and no leaks or issues. Try left a clean worksite. Showed up on time and worked as scheduled. I couldn't have asked for anymore!

First received the energy audit back in november. The team went through the house and sealed primary paths of air flow in the house. At that time noticed a slight improvement in the house with regards to maintaining a set temperature. Just recently had spray insulation applied in attic per the recommendation from the audit. Team showed up promptly at meeting appointment time. Were careful and considerate in moving in and around the house, even were willing to standby for 10 minutes while my wife occupied the bathroom which is where primary path to attic is. It's been only 24 hrs but already noticed a HUGE improvement in maintaining temperature. Home now is heating up much more quickly, and temperature even increases slightly past a set point even after boiler shuts off, signs of a good thing. Very happy we got the spray foam applied and the whole staff and crew at Sky property were great!!
