My husband and I had roof PTSD due to a previous roof at a landlord's houses being done over a holiday WEEKEND, taking 4-5 days, not including a dumpster/tarp, and shingles/trash laying for 2 weeks straight. When I spoke to our sales rep about this, Kevin Strid, he was really understanding and assured us the project would be done in one day and clean-up would be efficient. He gave me a good price for the job and we signed the contract. (Also he was really nice and friendly to my dog during the meeting which is a big plus in my book.) The workers arrived right on time the morning of, led by our foreman John, and got to work quickly. They were done by 2:30 PM and out by 3 PM. Dumpster was picked up later that night. It was actually shocking to me that a roof project could be completed so quickly, efficiently and well-done based on my previous experiences. Worth the money and I'm so relieved we don't have to worry about roof issues anymore in our new house.

The roofers worked hard a got the roof done in just one day with a small section of siding done a few days later. Beautiful job and thorough cleanup afterward. My son used to work for Klaus and I know that in the rare event of problems that Klaus stands behind his work and will ensure a leak-free roof.

Highly recommended. I had a very small repair I needed done on a gutter I couldn’t reach. They sent someone out and had it repaired in just a few minutes. I thanked them and asked how much to which they just shook my hand and said “no charge” since it was such a small job. Just remember us if you need other work done. That I will do.

Roofing crew arrived on time and set to work immediately. Each roofer worked in harmony with the others. Fabio excellently communicated to us progress being made on the roof as he kept a professional eye on the work. No minute of the day went unused. Diligence, professionalism and efficiency are hallmarks of the Larsen team. All work areas were very well cleaned and tidied. Ours is a large roof - 40 squares- and the job was superbly completed in one day. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new roof. Tom Thompson promised a superb job and the crew delivered. We highly recommend the Larsen team.

They did the whole job in one day. Stripped repaired 3 sheets of plywood and re shingled and cleaned up .

Company was referred to us by CTecSolar. Our experience was what we expected. Mike Feinberg from sales spent a long time with us educating us on their product and just all the components in roofing. I was surprised when the estimate was the lowest one by only a few hundred dollars. We received 3 quotes in all and no one else spent any quality time at the home. He said the job would take one day, it took two but my builder friends were still pretty amazed at that. The old shingles are recycled to asphalt. They pay a dollar a nail for any found on the premises. They protected plantings and our extensive deck as they promised. I would recommend their work anytime.

Negligently flooded and destroyed our house causing over $200,000 in damage. Displaced us for almost a year. Turns out you hire them based on your research or reviews and then unknown to you, they hire a sub-contractor you know nothing about. Beyond horrible.

I hired Klaus Larsen when I had a leak in my attic. When they came to do the repair they told me my chimney needed to be replaced and canceled the job. They refunded most of my deposit, which I thought was a good sign. However, after the chimney was repaired I called them to finish the step flashing and cover the exposed roof. They told me they would come and never did. I repeatedly tried to contact them, each time I was told someone was coming out to do an estimate. They never showed up and abdoned me with exposed roof. I would not recommend this company.

Klaus Larsen did a great job on a complete roof installation. Salesman knew his product and listened to our concerns. Installation crew were clean, fast and very professional. Started at 7am and completed at 4:30.

I first have to say that there is not enough room here to write all the positives that I'd like to say, especially when I'd like to give 10 stars. It all started with the best feeling that I had when I initially began looking for help to replace my roof. I kept being drawn back to Klaus Larsen's website. I had the best feeling about them from the beginning. From the time I talked with the office and the ladies there, ever so helpful, until the day that Tom came to look at my roof, I knew I would make the right decision. Not only was their quote the best but the whole job was perfect from beginning to end. The BEST crew you could ever want, from having to deal with one of the hottest days of the season, non stop until the job was complete, even to the clean up not leaving one bit of debris in the ground!
