We contacted Tile Tech to come give us a quote for a backsplash on our new build. They were the only people who were willing to come give us a quote within a week, and actually gave us a quote after measuring thoroughly to ensure correct square feet (people who gave us quotes previously hadn’t even measured!) they arrived on the promised date on the dot, took extensive measures to protect our flooring and our house from dust and boots, and finished the project in less than one day. I let them in before I left for work and came home to a perfect backsplash and all remnants of any work being done gone. We will be using Chris and Leslie again for our basement finishing! Thank you for all the hard work!

Tile Tech is the only contractor you need to call for any tiling needs you may have! I tried, in vain, to install new tile in my mother in law's shower. Realizing how big a job it was, I called Tile Tech and spoke with Chris. He arrived for an estimate when he said he would. Chris and Leslie came back 2 days later, did a fantastic job, very reasonable price. It really looks great! And...mom in law is happy! I am so relieved not to have attempted that job myself. After seeing how much was involved, it was great to have the expertise, dependability, and affordability that Tile Tech offers. Thanks Chris, Leslie! You guys are awesome, looks great! I will recommend you guys to anyone! Best of luck to you both! You are both highly skilled craftsmen!

I hired Tile Tech of Colorado Springs to install manufactured stone on our fireplace wall. They did an awesome job. They really know their stuff. And when they were done, they left our home clean and it looks great. Thank you for doing a fantastic job. We would definitely hire them again.

Best experience with any contractor we've ever had. We were looking for a tile installer to complete a job that we had to fire the previous contractor. Chris came over the next day and gave us a quick an easy quote that was very competitive if not much cheaper. He included a lot of extras. It was a joy to work with them and they had some great design ideas that we're glad we went with. Their work quality and timelines was top notch! I only gave them 4 stars because the referred their son to complete our plumbing work and he left us with a leaky shower, refused to come fix it that night, stopped communicating with us, and actually never came back to finish the job. I would use tile tech for sure, but do not use their son for any finishing work

Chris and Leslie were very easy to work with they were professional and on time and completed the work when they said they would have done. Very detailed with his tile work and it makes all the difference in the end result. We had three bathrooms remodeled with tile on the shower walls and shower floors and tiled the kitchen floor on a rental property we now have under contract and ready to close. The experience with them made this transaction go much easier for us. You won't be disappointed with his work. They will be doing work for us when we are ready for tile work in our personal residences.

I cant say enough about how wonderfully professional, courteous, prompt and innovative Chris and Leslie (dba as Tile Tech Colorado Springs) both are. A prior tile job they completed for us - a fireplace surround, was beautifully done - the best I have experienced, and so I asked them back for a second tile job - a front entrance way and a lower level floor entrance. Their work has significantly enhanced our home and I could not be more pleased. I would highly, highly recommend them (they are great people) and their work to anyone.

Chris and Leslie transformed our kitchen by installing our backsplash! We started our kitchen upgrade 2 years ago with granite and a butler’s bar. The brick tile backsplash was the last piece. Interviewed several installers and gave the job to Chris and Leslie. They did not disappoint - very respectful of our home, fair installation estimate, and top-quality work! Very, very pleased and would highly recommend!

Chris and I agreed to a bathroom tile remodel project on 5/14/19. It wasn’t to start until 7/22/19. On 6/22/19, I confirmed with him that 7/22/19 was still a good start date. On 07/21/19, he delayed the project until 7/23/19. On 7/23/19, he cancelled his commitment to work on our project after requesting a deposit, which was not part of our original agreement 9 weeks prior. Chris and his wife are generally nice people and I wish them the best. However, as he said to me “there are other people that can do your tile project” and I would recommend, to anyone reading this review, that they search for those other people to work on your project.

Chris Danks of Tile Tech installed new tile in our bathroom. The work consisted of removing and replacing wall and floor tile. We thought it strange that we could never see the work until after we paid him. First day the floor area was wet after he painted it with a primer and we couldn't enter the bathroom. Then the next day the floor tile was cemented and drying and we couldn't enter. Then the third day the floor tile was grouted and we couldn't enter as well but he wanted to be paid anyway. Finally on the next day after he demanded payment, we entered the bathroom and learned that over 75% of the wall and floor tile was not flush or level, on both the walls and floors. In fact, the tile is almost 1/4" higher than the adjacent tile. The floors are a serious trip hazard and the work is substandard and not professional at all. The tile around the niche is poorly cut and the grout lines are large and uneven. Finally, we learned he never protected the newly installed acrylic tub and scratched it in 3 places. When we contacted Chris Danks to complain about his poor workmanship, he said the tile was warped and therefore he could not install the tile flush. We took a level and checked every tile and not a single tile was warped. It was just an excuse for poor workmanship. He refused to refund our money so that we can have a skilled tile setter remove the defective work and reinstall it properly.

I am so very pleased with the beautiful tile work Chris and Leslie (Tile Tech Colorado Springs) have recently completed in my home. They have installed tile in all three of the bathrooms in my home - as well as a new vanity in one and their work is impeccable. Awesome Job! They deserve 5+ stars. I was supposed to have a tile job done by Lowes and the guy refused to do the job because our basement floor was a bit uneven. He told me I needed to get a concrete company to grind down the concrete and left. Found Tile Tech, Chris and his wife came not even 45 minutes later to look and guess what, I didn't need a concrete company. I hired them to do the job. Best decision ever! Chris and his wife did an amazing job and I very much recommend them to anyone who needs a tile job done. Thanks again for a great job!
