On November 6, 2012 you replaced our siding with “Hardy” pre-painted fiber cement siding, provided a “Tyvek” house wrap under the siding, and replaced and painted the trim work with “Sherman-Williams” 25 year paint. You also provided roof repairs on the shake shingle roof ridges. The Tyvek wrap has minimized internal drafts. I waited until now to see how things would turn out through a second winter. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The house looks as good as the day you completed the job. Woodpeckers have ceased to be a problem. I am a firm believer in “you only pay once for high quality, but you will continually pay for “cheap”. The quality of the Hardy board siding is amazing. I obtained 5 quotes. You were the second to the lowest but you established yourself as fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the work you did with my insurance company to get me a fair storm damage settlement to minimize my out of pocket cost. The work crew you assigned was professional and polite. We are now preparing to sell and move to a ranch house to get away from stairs as the children are grown and we no longer need this large of a house. The new siding and trim paint will increase the value of our home and also make it easier to sell. Thank you again. You truly operate an exceptional company.

Superior Products recently replaced all of the windows on our house. The windows were installed perfectly, one of them was not the correct size and they ordered replacement immediately and installed it first thing once it came in. We noticed significant decrease in our Heating and Cooling bills! Great company would definitely work with them again!

My windows look wonderful!! Wesley and his crew were fantastic! they really went above and beyond ....they took special care to vacuum up all of the glass, knowing that I have 2 small dogs. These guys were so gracious, they even put my fireplace grate back up on top of my fireplace! which I have been trying to get done for the last 3 years with my HOA!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! They all deserve a bonus!! Nick is the owner and is great with communication and the follow up! What a non-stressful experience!

When it became clear that they were unable to complete our project due to health issues, they fully refunded our money. We just wish we had been informed that it wouldn't be completed early enough to find someone else since we wanted our deck for a family reunion. We wish them the best and good health.

Excellent communication throughout our the project. Sales rep was very professional, prepared, informative, and helpful. He had brochures and a window sample for us to see and try out. The fact that he had a sample was a HUGE reason for us in considering the company. Other window companies did not bring a sample with them and just referred to their hand-held device or a brochure. The rep answered all of our questions in detail. Price was a bit more than we thought it would be. Another gentleman measured and installed the windows. He was very respectful of our property and did a very good job with the installation. Windows look super. Very smooth process, which eased our worries. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism, response time, and communication. Would definitely consider using Superior Products again.

Superior Products Colorado LLC is a bad company. We had them do a siding job for us, we were satisfied with their "hired contractors" and their work performance so we paid our final bill to SPC, however we now have a Mechanics lien against our property because Dave Astrom of Superior Product Colorado LLC did not pay his bill for the materials with Max Building supplies LLC. Now, because of Dave Astrom's poor business etiquette, we are now the benefactors of his debt because the materials were delivered and used here. I would run far away from SPC, Dave Astrom or any of his representatives.

*The Business* I met Tom Higgins at the Denver Home expo and was very impressed with his industry knowledge. He was professional and was concerned about what was important to me in residing my house. I obtained 3 bids for the work and Tom's bid was inline with the other bids. I decided to go with Tom because of his professionalism, honesty and integrity. He outlined the process and was very thorough within his presentation. The bid laid out all of the expectations and didn't leave much up to interpretation. Compared to the other contractors, I could tell that Tom cared about the way he presented his business, and created clear expectations of the project. Truth be told he was a little more expensive than the other bids we received, but the confidence that I had in him compared to the other contractors made it an easy decision. Tom Higgins knows the business inside and out, will put your needs first and cares that the work is done right. *The work* The work started precisely within the timeframe that Tom gave us, and there were no surprises along the way. Within a few days of the delivery of a dumpster, port-o-potty, and the permit work began on the house. The crew worked very efficiently and had the entire house re-sheathed, wrapped and sided within 1 week. Tom even included a "personal touch" in adding crown molding to our porch, which looks great! Tom, and his wife Sherri, helped us pick the paint colors that match the existing features on our house, which was a big help too! The painting crew (that Tom set up) arrived and had the house caulked, painted and finished within 3 days. He truly took care of all the work from start to finish. *The Verdict* There are too many ways to list how Tom took care of us through our siding project. If you are looking for a contractor that you know will take care of your needs in a professional manner, and want to eliminate the fear of ending up with a poor finished product, then you have found your contractor. It has long been said, "You get what you pay for", but in Tom's case, Superior Products delivers much much more.

From start to finish we received exceptional customer service and quality workmanship from Superior Products Colorado. The Estimator was pleasant, attentive and helpful during the decision making process and responded promptly when questions arose. We were very impressed with the construction company for the detail and quality they put into our siding project, especially once we saw some to the gaping holes and gaps left behind by our original home builders. They are also much appreciated for fixing the small surprises that came up once the project was underway and then clean up after. Superior Products has improved the quality of our home by not only making it more beautiful, but energy efficient as well.
