The old adage of "you can't find good help these days" absolutely fit this company to a T. They are essentially general contractors who use private individuals/companies to do the work so there is a certain amount of lack of culpability as all they have to do is simply blame it on them but I don't let them off because of this. I had a lot of work done after a big hailstorm and nearly everything that was done screwed something up on my house. The roofers were the worst, followed by the gutter installers. There were parts of the "new" roof that appeared worse than when the hail hit. So much so that they had to redo a portion. I walked on the roof after completion and found at least a dozen nails strewn about. Gutter installers dropped a large section of the old gutter onto my 3 year old new deck and gouged the composite in several places. They were never able to repair this as the deck company they use is too busy to work on such a small job so it was left to me to deal with. They knocked off a couple of hundred but I would have much rather had them NOT screw it up to begin with as now the headache of finding someone to fix this is mine.

The entire Storm guard team was pleasant and communicative. Jason and Sam did the heavy work with the insurance company. Martha ensured that the subs completed the project appropriately and finally Autumn sent the necessary completion documents within a timely manner once we connected. I have referred a friend who reports similar positive results. We will both use Storm Guard again if necessary.

Storm Guard recently helped us with a very large project to correct some significant damage done by a hailstorm. We got a new roof, some new windows, windowsills, and screens, and repairs were made to the stucco, paint, and gutters. They did all that work and managed the project very professionally. Brad, the president of the company, is a man of his word, and really went above and beyond to make sure things went well. I had asked the roofing team to put some tree debris in the dumpster if there was room when they finished. They forgot, and he came the next day and took it himself even though it had nothing to do with the project. He did other things along the way and was always extremely responsive when we had questions. So was his team - Glenn and Martha were great. We had a very positive experience and highly recommend Storm Guard.

The Team over at Storm Guard went above and beyond for me and my family in getting our roof done. To make a long story short my wife was pregnant and we had fired two previous roofers as they were incompetent or were unable to complete the job. Storm Guard was able to manage a previously started job, get the job done with a strict timeline, and did an incredible job with dealing with our insurance. Brad, Sam, Drina and the roofing crew were exemplary in every way. Punctual, good communication, timely, clean, and very professional. I am would recommend them to anyone who asked especially given all of the difficulties they had to put up with and still made it work.

The project managers and contractors were extremely courteous and always scheduled times around when I was available. I would love to use Storm Guard again if there is an opportunity.

Storm Guard Exterior Restoration did a wonderful job replacing my porch and carport roof which had serious leaks. I had a leak after the new roof was installed, and they came right back and fixed it. It wasn't the roof that leaked it was where the porch & carport was previously added on to the house. I would not use any other company for any exterior restoration job. I would rate them a 5 star.

On July 28,2016, we had a catastrophic hail storm. When we got up the next morning we could see all the damage. While cleaning up and the debris in our front yard, someone came by with a card from Storm Guard. I really didn't think we had that much damage...boy was I wrong. We called our insurance company and Storm Guard. When our insurance assessor came out, Storm Guard was there to point things out. I never would have guessed that all of our work would be completed before Christmas. That meant, a new roof, new rain gutters, whole house painting, fence stained, 4 window moldings and screens replaced and 2 new windows replaced. I had a very good working relationship with the President of the company, Brad. We kept each other informed as to what was happening. Good communication is the key to great service.

We had a wonderful experience with Storm Guard. We had hail damage to our roof and siding as well as other items around the exterior of our home (grill cover, hot tub cover, patio furniture). Working with Storm Guard was a seamless experience from start to finish. All of their workers and employees were professional, timely, and polite and they communicated with us each step of the way. We now have a new roof and siding and Storm Guard even helped us submit everything to our insurance company (including the other items that we replaced outside) and took care of so much of the back end paperwork for us with insurance so we didn't have to. Cannot speak highly enough about these guys!
