We have hired Chuck twice over the past few years. First we used Spring Home Improvement to remodel our kitchen and lay hard wood floors. We were most impressed and happy with the remodel. We decided to call Chuck and crew to remodel two bathrooms, master and kid’s bath. We were largely happy with the remodel project, which did come in under budget. In both cases there were minor issues that Chuck and crew were very willing to come and revisit. They were quite agile with some surprises we sprung on them during the projects, like removing some medicine cabinets, drywall patching and painting, things like that. In the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and main level floor, and beautiful bathrooms thanks in large part to Chuck and his crew. Chuck has always been communicative with us pretty much from start to finish. To make sure you don’t believe I’m blowing sunshine, we haven’t always been happy with the answers to the questions we’ve gotten. Truth is we did have to buy a new counter top because some wires were crossed when it came to measuring. Originally, one of the sinks in a bathroom was too close to the wall. We weren’t able to see that until the counter was cut and brought in and installed. We missed the communication on that. I called Chuck, we talked about it, started thinking about options and alternatives, but he wouldn’t let it go unless I was satisfied with the end product. We decided to buy the new countertop, cut it the way we ultimately wanted, and we’re glad we did. All that and he still came in under budget. Granted, he did give us a worst case scenario with the estimate. It’s like he’s been doing this for a while, you think? I’ve had some pretty unsatisfactory experiences with contractors here in the Springs. I’m happy to say Chuck has not been one of them. If we ever need remodeling done again, we will call Chuck. We know he and his crew will do a good job and meet or exceed our expectations.

These guys pretty much sold my house for me. I had to get the house repaired and looking good and they catered to my every whim and last minute decisions. Here's what they did for me: Fixed a deck Patched Stucco Stained two doors Tiled a bathroom/laundry room floor Fixed some exposed electrical thingy so that it was no longer exposed. Super convenient to have one company able to do all of these things. P.S. Linda in the office is amazing and is now my friend, and Bud the tile guy plays awesome music while he's working.

Chuck is a phenomenal business owner. We had a new front door installed at our home and due to a crooked door frame our door was not installed properly. The deadbolt was catching and wouldn't closer right so Chuck sent guys back out to fix it for free even though it took several hours to redo. They got it done perfectly and the lock latches so smooth now! I strongly recommend Springs Home Improvement.

Springs Home Improvement did a wonderful remodel of my basement 1/2 bath. It was small, tacky & ugly when I bought my home 14 years ago & didn't improve with age. I seldom went down there & so it didn't bother me much, but then I decided it was way past time to fix it up & add a shower. I interviewed 3 contractors, 2 wanted to take space out of my furnace/storage room to create the shower, but Chuck suggested a better way that even cost less & makes perfect sense. He was very respectful of my budget...all his crew are excellent workmen... knowledgeable, professional, gentlemen. No smoking, profanity or loud talking, everything was cleaned up end of each day. My budget was small, but I never felt that I wasn't getting a top notch job. All the same to Bill's Plumbing, sub contactor. A job well done by all. I LOVE that bathroom now...EVERYTHING was perfectly done, I couldn't be happier. Will I hire Springs Home Improvement & Bill's Plumbing again? Absolutely !!! Gloria M.

Springs Home Improvement Co redid our kitchen from the ground up, and we are extremely happy with the end result! Chuck always kept communication lines open and asked for our input as the project progressed, and was quick to jump on any issues that arose—with a full kitchen remodel you have to be ready for the unexpected. Counters, wiring, new wood floor, lovely backsplash—they made it happen. He and his team were friendly and professional. I can’t tell you how nervous I was about a ginormous project like this but it has been SO worth it!
