Lr contracting is probably one of the best places to take your car to if you have car damage or even hail damage they did absolutely amazing on the detailing and everything my car looks bran new again I reall appreciate their work and their services extremely friendly and professional.

I was referred to LR Contacting by my best friend who was so excited by the great customer service she received from Pilot. From the moment we first met he seemed concerned about our needs and was able to win my husband over who's a hard one to sell. Due to being burned by so many other so called reputable/honest companies. He has always returned my call right away and made sure we were satisfied with the job and if not put us at the front of the line until it was taken care of correctly. He has restored my faith that there are companies that do still care about their customers needs and put them first. I hope to continue this contracting relationship with LR with the next project we will be starting. Thank you again Pilot for putting us number one again.

8 day turn time, they paid for my rental ( 1,000 deductable ), and made sure I was 100% happy with the car. I got all my hails damage fixed for free. Kayla was very helpful. Pilot on the other hand was very short with me. He was helpful and pointed me in the right direction when I did speak with him, I just would of just liked to see him be a little more pleasant. I imagine Pilot is the owner, so you would think the standard would be set with him. Good news is that he has a rockstar team to make up for his shortcomings. If you need someone for hail repair, they are your people. I plan on using them for all my future needs.

Pauline was fantastic and stayed on top of everything and kept me informed. Only took a week. Trever did the body work and did a fantastic job. Even detailed the inside. LR Contractors also paid my deductible and gave me a car to drive while fixing mine. Everything turned out great and what I was told was true! That rarely happens.

I rarely write reviews, but I want to rave about this company. If you need dent repair, LR is THE place to go. When a representative of LR came to our door, having noticed our hail dented cars, we had already filed a claim with our insurance and contacted an auto shop they recommended. That company suggested replacing and painting large parts of our cars. While worried about the environmental impact of that approach, we didn’t know there were alternatives. We were intrigued when the LR’s rep described their paintless dent removal process, which requires neither replacing nor repainting major parts. When he said LR could get us into the shop a month earlier than the other company and supply us with a rental, we were sold. Our cars are back, and they look great. LR followed through on everything they promised. The office and garage staff were wonderful to work with (special shout out to Nadia), keeping us regularly updated. We hope we won't need dent repair again, but if we do, we know where we’ll take them.

I have never had a better experience getting my car repaired. Caleb approached me in a parking lot of a gas station to talk to me about my hail damaged car. That sounds like something you’d avoid, but he was incredibly friendly and kind and he really sold me on the company. I then worked with Pauline to get my car in to be fixed, and when I say she took care of EVERYTHING, I do mean everything. They covered my deductible, the cost of a rental for 2 weeks, and they cleaned my car both in and out. The real cherry on top was the fact that Pauline literally took me, that day, to get the rental car. She took me on her own car, and paid for it on the spot. When it came time to return it, they even got me a Lyft back to them for my car. On top of that- she was so accommodating to things that were going on in my life that caused me to reschedule the original date and she went above and beyond at every step, which made the whole process 100% stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Pauline or LR Contracting more than I do after this experience. They are absolutely who you want on your side when hail comes.
