I just had the roof of my home and my shop replaced by Jayne of All Trades, and I must say I was VERY impressed with the response, communications, speed, and quality of work. The entire job was completed in a single day on our old house, and that included several areas where some re-decking needed to be done. Erica came out to personally inspect the job afterwards, and pricing was generally in line with what I had expected. We will definitely be using them for future repairs and renovations, and I would not think of going to anyone else after having such a good experience!

We utilized Jayne of All Trades for our recent Hail Damage Claim ( the hail storm in July 2016 that really effected the Colorado Springs Area). We have had a great experience with them fixing our siding, replacing our roof, and windows. Erica has worked with me on multiple things I wanted to change, and has shown us excellent service. I cannot say enough positive about Jayne of All Trades! They were actually the third contractor I called after the June 2018 hailstorm. The first one disappeared and the second one promised a written estimate within 48 hours; two weeks later I hadn't received it. I called Jayne of all Trades on a Monday. Erica was out that Thursday and I got the quote from her Monday morning with her apologies that it took so long. From there, I communicated primarily with my project manager, Joe, who took the time to hear my expectations and to talk me through each phase of the work that was to be done so nothing was unexpected. And when a portion of my flooring needed to be replaced with flooring that was (naturally) discontinued, Joe was able to call on his contacts throughout the city and find enough boxes of my flooring to complete the job with some left over . All in all, I feel like everyone I dealt with from the Office Manager, Melissa, to the company owner, Erica, cared about doing an excellent job and providing outstanding customer service. I have recommended this company to everyone I know in the area and I recommend it to you, too. You will not be disappointed and if, for some reason you are, Jayne of All Trades will move heaven and earth to ensure you are completely satisfied before they consider the job done.

I first contacted Erica, the owner of Jayne of All Trades, through the BBB. I needed a contractor to do work for a large hail damage claim that occurred to our home in July of 2016. What first impressed me was how knowledgeable Erica was about insurance claims. From my prior experience, most contractors say they are knowledgeable and are not. All of the work was completed within a very short time and in January too! Her workers arrived on time, always knocked to notify us they were here, worked hard, and did an amazing job on our home! Throughout the entire process, Erica worked tirelessly with both our insurance company and our mortgage company. Can't forget to mention the super sweet office staff! I recommend Jayne of All Trades to everyone I meet!

Cancelled appointments with me all the time and showed up with the most unprofessional demeanor. Every time I tried to call the office, the girl working at it sounded uninformed about every little thing. I couldn't reach the owner that I set up my appointment with at all. I had to talk to her receptionist who said she had to ask the owner. Awful service, went with Hammers Construction instead. At least they know how to show up on time and return a call.

Jayne “Erica” so knowledgeable about Roofing products that it’s amazing BUT that’s not the only benefit. She has previously worked for Insurance companies and understands the claims process so well that getting insurance claims handled correctly and efficiently and that makes it much easier to deal with the insurance company and we can all see the benefit there. They also have a hard working staff that will get the job done quickly and right the first time. Highly recommended!

I live in Rockrimmon and had a wall removed. It was a mess when Erica and her time started working on it. The fixed the electrical and drywall and painted. As with any project there are always some issues. The project was competed in a timely manner and within the estimate. They also took care of some other small items at no charge. They have very good customer service and are friendly and courteous.

I had a large amount of hail damage from the storm last summer. I needed a new roof, gutters, garage, siding, paint, etc. Erica worked with insurance to make sure all damage from the storm was covered and found some additional damage that insurance had initially missed. She also worked with me to fix some old boards on my deck and stain it as part of the overall project. The house now looks fantastic! Everyone I worked with was great. The painter was especially friendly. I have large dogs, so needed to work with everyone on the schedule to ensure the dogs were inside when work was being completed. They accommodated me and didn't show up to work on the backyard unannounced. Overall I am very happy with the work done.

I am very happy I hired Jayne of all Trades to manage my major hail damage claim from July of 2016. I have not always had the best experiences with other contractors so needed to build trust. Erica (Jayne), Michelle and team, earned it. We are almost done and although there were a few hiccups, they asked me to trust them and promised my home would better than before the storm. Michelle and Erica did a great job of keeping me calm during this stressful period. They were right on my home looking amazing. My roof, garage door, patio door, windows and siding look great and I feel confident the last leg will go smooth. Alex and Jovani did the majority of work at my house and have done an excellent job. They both take pride in their work. Erica really is dedicated and very focused on doing quality work and ensures her team meets those high expectations. Michelle is a delight. Erica works well to manage communications with the insurance company to get what is damaged recovered. I will use her and her team again when and if I need help for any project.
