These guys are crooks and dont pay thier subcontractors. They will come up with any excuss not to pay from " you didn't do the job corrctly" to "you have tools of ours" neither true! I have subcontracted work for 20yrs and never had a problem with quality of work or theft! Avoid these guys at all cost wether you are a homeowner or subcontractor!!

HCS Denver Contractor and his people do a great job. We have used them before. He came out and made the template himself and he gave us exactly what we wanted. He told us where to get the stone for the kitchen counters and they were installed in less than 2 weeks. They look great thank you.

HCS Denver our master bathroom. The quality is first rate. It looks really good, too. The project had the normal schedule problems, and he still finished on time. The bathroom has 6 months of use now, and everything is still perfect. The price was high, but he was the only contractor who gave us a serious bid at the level of quality we wanted, so I'm not sure how high. I agree with the reviewer about asking for HCS Denver tile subcontractor Nixon. The tile work was really well done. The painter and plumber subs were good, too.

We hired HCS Denver Contractor to replace a bathroom wall due to water damage and install two awnings. He is responsive to emails and texts. His crew are friendly workers, all worked very hard to get the job done as quickly as possible and at the same time ensure work is done properly. We are happy with the results of the work. Great job! I only had a short time to get new kitchen and bath counters replaced. He quoted a very reasonable price and delivered in 8 days. From templating team to install team service was great. Attention to detail was excellent. A small glitch in templating was corrected and delivery was still on time. Highly recommend.

I hired HCS Denver Contractor to remove a non-bearing wall in my apartment and was very pleased with the services overall. This was a relatively small job but Vadim agreed to take it on anyway. The work needed to get done within a short timeframe and team very quickly produced an estimate and the necessary paperwork for my board's approval. The work got done quickly once the approvals were granted and I was very pleased with the quality. he takes great pride in his work and this is apparent in the final result. I would highly recommend HCS Denver Contractor.

We needed a large door opening closed up with a partition wall that wouldn't ruin the floor or ceiling. He did a great job and was definitely the most affordable option we found. He was also able to accommodate our working schedule and came to our house on the weekend to build the wall. If I needed another partition wall built, I would hire him again!!

We recently got our garage remodelled with thi company and are extremely satisfied. The garage hadn't had much work since the 1940s when it was built, so they completely remodeled it, put a new roof, and made it into a great space. He was our project manager and Jesus was the foreman. Both guys are knowledgeable, responsive, and overall fantastic! They had to fix a lot of issues that a previous contractor had messed up.

I needed my shower tiles redone and messaged HCS and team responded right away, was so nice, and had someone come do it the next day! It was finished in less than three days and they really did a phenomenal job! Hands down my best experience ever with a contractor!!

These people do not honor contracts with their subcontractors. Brian in response to your response , does the fact that I am Jerry TenBrinks fiance have anything to do with the fact that you ripped him off for $1422 knowing he has been taking care of a very sick daughter and needed the money your company owes him ?
