I currently work for this company so my review is more about the company values and how they are to work for vs. work with. I have worked with 4 different construction companies and this has been the best one to work for. They are loyal to me which is why I (and many others) have stayed with them! This shows with how long a lot of the employees have been at GTC. They care about their people, they care about subcontractors and treating people right. Some other companies I have worked for was all about making the most money and doing whatever it takes to get the most money, ethical or not. It was not really my style. GTC is a well respected contractor and that is why I have stuck with them for so many years (currently 12).
