I am in the process of selling a home and needed my basement/foundation evaluated for any structural issues. Chad performed the inspection on very short notice and was very prompt with all future communications. An inspection can be a stressful time in selling a home but with Chad's quick and clear responses, this step was hassle and stress free. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Plain and simple, just go with them for any foundation needs. They helped lift our house that was sinking into the ground and fixed the sidewalk that they had to remove in order to drill down to the bedrock. They are super professional and are really honest businessmen. They came and looked at our house a few times and the first couple of times didn't suggest work because there was nothing to be done. Chad told me to keep an eye on a crack and once it got bigger and was showing signs of consistent growth he suggested the foundation lift. Their prices are very reasonable compared to pikes peak structural and they worked with us to pay off the bill also when we asked for a payment plan. My wife also has been worried since we have a very old house and they come out often to inspect with no complaints or service charge. Overall, very solid company and will be using them again in the future!

This is well past due. Foundation Professional lifted the corner of my house 5 inches in May 2019. The appointment with Jeff was very convenient we discussed what was needed, what I might want to have done and found what was best within my budget. The price was much better than other foundation companies. I cannot say enough about the guys who complete the work, Nate, Tanner, Jake, Mitch, Zach and Ron, they were wonderful. They were not able to get the backhoe into my yard so they had to manually dig out my foundation. I expected attitude from everyone but instead the guys were very positive and eager to get to work. They explained the process, encouraged us to watch and ask questions. I can not say enough about how great these guys are, they set to bar for which I compare all other services and no one has come close. Thank you everyone!!

This company did a great job fixing and jacking up my house. I live on the southwest part of town and have clay soil. They were in and out in a timely fashion and They were very careful not trying to damage the house or yard. They even bought me grass seed and Layed it out where the excavator tore it up. Great company with honest, reliable, qualified technicians. As a Property Management and Real Estate brokerage, we encounter foundation issues fairly regularly. In the past we have dealt with structural repair companies that quote for the worst case scenario without having an Engineer assess to confirm the diagnosis of the problem. Chad @ FP provided us with a timely quote and diagnosed our issue immediately upon his initial visit. The quote and timeline were very reasonable compared to other companies. Jesse and his crew were experienced and knowledgeable in executing the repair work. Only delay is waiting for City Engineers to complete their work and reports (but beyond FP control. Would highly recommend or call them again.

We recently contracted with Foundation Professionals to have some work done on our home. We found out that we were having some movement at the front porch area where two pillars are located, the back deck support posts, and some cement slabs surrounding our indoor pool. Nate, Ron, Kyle, Jake, and Tanner came out and did a terrific job! They showed up on time, were skilled at their job, and all were incredibly professional. It was a substantial repair in our mind, but it wasn't too big for this team. I wasn't able to personally thank each of of these men, so please let them know how much we appreciated what they did for us. The team was Nathan, Mitch, and Jake. They were respectful, pleasant, and very responsive. When I had questions - and I had many - they were quite forthcoming with answers. They even explained some of the pros and cons of why there were placing brackets in certain places, and the implications for the foundation. The work went smoothly and ended a ahead of schedule. Their deportment and professionalism made things easy. This isn't my first rodeo, and I've come to expect a lot less from the tradesmen I use than what the Foundation Pros of Co gave. Good stuff. When we found out we had moisture in our basement, we had a professional engineer provide an assessment of the problem and make recommendations to correct the issue. Foundation Professionals of Colorado (FPC) provided great solutions to implement the recommendations. They were extremely knowledgeable about the soils in Colorado and knew what it would take to fix our problem. Jeff and Jesse took the time to explain the variables of the project and educated us on why certain solutions would not work and why other solutions were overkill. The end result for us was a very efficient, timely and cost-effective repair. Because of their diligence and willingness to go above and beyond, we were able to successfully mitigate the moisture and have peace of mind that their fix would ensure that the foundation remain dry for years to come. The folks at FPC have years of experience in the business and will stand behind their work. Great company! Jeff H came out to look at the basement after concerns with smelling moisture and unsure if the appearance of water was old or new (knew some was there previously) or if an existing crack was the same size or widened. He did a very thorough assessment of the basement and educated me throughout the entire process. I felt so much better understanding what was a concern and what wasn’t. Thankfully nothing was a major concern and he gave me great tips on how to document the existing condition and monitor the areas to see if anything does change over time. He also gave me his direct number that I could call with any further questions so I would not have to retell the story to a new person. Very honest. Will certainly call if I need support in the future but very thankful for the honesty and education now.
