No one important to you

Used to work here as a service tech, got promised the moon and stars. All I got was stabbed in the back because their techs "are to busy to train you the right way" if you want to be a service tech do it somewhere else. This company will stab you in the back the first chance they get.

i used this company for a year or two at a commercial property i own to service the HVAC machines every quarter. all i can say is that they act like corrupt money-gougers. bob frese, the president, tried to bribe me NOT to write this review, with a legal document that would prevent me from even discussing their business in public. is anyone in business today truly this "arrogantly naive"? since comfort systems had this contract (they have bought several HVAC companies in colorado so be very careful if yours is one of them), my maintenance and repair costs have more than doubled. in one instance, which was the final straw, their maintenance tech caused damage to my HVAC, denied it, and they tried to bill me for the service call AND the repair cost (which they bid at about double what i eventually got it repaired for). they refuse to negotiate pricing, they refuse to accept responsibility for what amounts to sabotage, and according to many reports which i later heard from industry techs and independent competitors, the word on the street is that they have unscrupulous business ethics and are not to be trusted. avoid at all costs.
