We built two spec homes with Big Valley. Sadly, it was at the bottom of the market, but the new owners are SOOOOO happy with the quality of the construction. Throughout the process, they were so wonderful about communications. They sent us pictures at least once a week to show the progress, and they always picked up the phone immediately if we had any questions. If we ever build another home, we will definitely use them again. I feel great about selling high end homes that were built by them, and I think that having their reputation behind the homes really helps bring a premium.
