We had a great experience with the installation - team arrived as promised and did a great job getting things put together. They worked seamlessly with the DirectTv and satellite internet providers to accommodate moving dishes and reinstallation and completed a thorough inspection when finished.

This company was great, at first. It ended up taking 8 months for the roof to be completed and the inspections to be done. It was very difficult to get a hold of Daniel Wolff to find out dates and times for the work and for inspections. I had to tell him when the inspections were done. The first inspection in December failed due to the company not fixing the flashing correctly. There were some problems with the checks including one that needed to be cancelled and re-issued, but we had to wait 90 days for this. We informed the company and they called us “liars” because they had never had an insurance company delay the re-issuance of a check. We offered for them to talk to our insurance company but they still didn’t believe us. Even after updating them on this information, Daniel came to the house the day after and was very confrontational with me and tried to intimidate me. I had to tell him to stop interrupting me so I could talk to him. He became very timid after this. The owner, Rick Duggan, was called after this and he didn’t listen to anything that had occurred. He defended Daniel’s actions and didn’t even offer an apology. He did call us liars, though, in reference to the 90 days for the check. He also didn’t believe that we couldn’t get in contact with Daniel when we called and that Daniel rarely called us back if we left messages. Daniel also cancelled appointments with us, an hour after he was supposed to be there, to tell us he had a date. I would never recommend this company or the employees to anyone for any reason. We will never do business with this company again or welcome them to our home again. April 2016: storm and checked the damages. May 10, 2016: Signed contract July 6, 2016: Building permit given to us August 31, 2016: Tentative completion date October 2016: Roof repairs begin and took a week of off and on work December 2016: First inspection, failed January 2017: Repairs to the flashing that failed inspection January 31, 2017: Second inspection, passed

The only reason I gave a 5 was that there is no higher rating. Rick is incredibly knowledgeable and his crew is just as awesome. I had major hail damage just prior to listing my house for sale. Rick and his crew ( wife included) came to my rescue with a faster response and better service than I could have ever expected. As a tradesman I appreciate the quality, as a homeowner I appreciate the rapid response. Could not be happier!

What a great company. Not sure what this previous lady is talking about. This company prides themselves on communication. I actually remember this guy she speaks of and he also came out to coordinate everything. This lady prior clearly has 99 problems and America's best restoration should not be one of them.

Americas Best Restoration did a phenomenal Job on our roof and painting our deck. It's a family owned business who have integrity. Daniel Wolff (project manager) went above and beyond to clean our skylights and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction (and we're picky!) He fought to get the maximum from our insurance company to cover all the damage from the May hail storm.

From the first time I met Mike Mercandetti from America's Best, the message has been great customer service & professionalism. The company president, Rick Duggan, met with me and was here during the repairs, not just supervising, but on a ladder fixing the awning himself. Mike was here too working right alongside. They handled all aspects of the process from beginning to end and I felt confident in their honesty and work. My house was first in the development to be totally restored, which was important since I was in the process of putting my home on the market. I had a small amount of hail damage on my roof and had about ten different quotes, 8 of them insisted I should replace the whole roof but two of them were honest enough and gave me decent quotes. I choose Americas best because of the integrity of the manager (Daniel). I was very pleased with the efficiency and timely completion of the job and would recommend Amercias Best.

Rick is very engaging when it comes to helping you in a time of crisis. We scheduled a meeting for Rick to look at our leaky roof. He was very professional and on time for the meeting. In a matter of minutes Rick and his assistant found the leak, repaired it and we have been dry ever since. The leak Rick found was missed by the insurance adjuster. If we ever have a restoration issue come up again, Rick will be the first one I call.

In both instances the home had significant hail damage, and they handled everything professionally and minimized the inconvenience of repairing our roof & gutters. Shortly after a huge hailstorm in Denver, America's Best Restoration was replacing my next door neighbors' roof, so I was concerned I could also have damage. Daniel Wolff took the time to inspect my roof in this naturally busy time, and subsequently made some repairs. Rick Duggan worked with me the entire way, from roofing material selection to the final invoicing process. He and his crew were courteous and they worked diligently to complete the project with minimal interruptions to my family's routine. This person cares not for the people around him nor his own safety. Whomever was driving one of the company vehicles today going eastbound on west 6 ave at about 4:45 -5pm was speeding, driving too closely behind other vehicles, changing lanes abruptly without signaling, and talking on a phone while driving. First impression says DO NOT HIRE!!
